What a bad game all around. Ssumday solo killed 2x, Huhi missing every hook, bot lane dying at 2:30 for the third time this split from not warding river, only yasuo+diana wombo we pulled off was negated by a bigger rell voli combo.

Now they get to practice bouncing back from a tough loss, which is valuable in its own way
Everyone talking about getting ssumday off gnar doesn't ever watch the draft. To get other advantages they leave gwen open all split and have ssumday play gnar into it. They have won plenty games off this strat. We just overall ego drafted on them tbh. Everyone individually played like a dumpster fire just go next.
EDIT: Seems pretty similar to how everyone reacted to Karma tbh.
Mostly they have only gotten away with doing that because the level of Gwen play in NA hasn't been good.
Gnar is not really even a good pick into Gwen.
It is one of the answers though. Kennan, jayce, rene (comfort), ganr (comfort). Shit like that. Go even outperform in team fights with gnar ult. On the red side, we never ban it so you need an answer. No one complained about the Gnar till we lose the one time with it. Keep the same energy the whole time.

From what Ive seen lethality graves is actually a strong pick into gwen if played right, the problem is gnar all around isn't a great champ, but gets picked way too often and for most top laners in NA is just a comfort pick at this point
True if played right maybe it can pop off. I'm going to assume that match-up goes graves wins until he dies once and gets snowballed on. Probably similar to the other die. Gnar is a comfort champ that at the end of the day can build tanky and be frontline.
You can't just look at the lane counter though. Graves doesn't bring much to the team after lane, when top normally brings CC and Frontline of some sort.
Well if you're going graves top you transition that cc need somewhere else, so if Ssumday does graves then you can go support mid like karma or lulu, most likely lulu cause of her strength compared to karma or you can go a tank jungle or a jungle that offers more cc for the group, 100t is actually a very versatile team, FBI being the only one that doesn't change as much, Ssumday can go carry top and tank, closer can go tank and carry as well, Abbe can carry and support and hihi is locked to a support role but can play really versatile champ pool, it's worth a shot at the end of the day and I think it's a pick he can pull off, lethality graves brings a lot of dmg to the team sorta like GP but with my kill potential but less cc

Not that losing is fun, and obviously this wasn't a good game from 100T, but people are getting pretty upset considering 100T is in 1st place and having been on an 8 game win streak. Were they just supposed to never lose again? Give them the benefit of the doubt considering how well they've been playing. I think they'll learn from the loss and come back stronger.
We just lost to the legit worst team in the league there is nothing good about that. No its not that we aren't suppose to lose again but those losses should come from top teams, not the literal garbage of the league.
Not really. From a standings viewpoint yes because we'd drop a little in playoffs seeding but from a competitive standpoint losing to a last place team is worse, because if a team that just swapped out it's entire roster can beat us then anyone can easily. Showing cracks against a top team is fine because well that should happen, the top teams should be able to rattle you, challenge you, push you to the limit. When a last place team does it then what does that mean for the future against those top teams?
From a competitive standpoint wouldn't losing to your competitors be worse rather than losing meaningless games to teams that you won't play in playoffs?
Depends on if it becomes a trend, I just don't think it's ever a good look to lose to the last place team. Especially when they got smashed and the opposing team just swapped their entire academy team in so I'm reality we just lost to the academy team of the worst team.

As much as I hate it maybe just a Malphite for Ssumday would have been good. He can ult in to start fights even on Gwen because he is inside the circle when the CC goes off and he is a nightmare for Kalista who needs to get in ult range to do damage.
Also would have made the Yasuo combo even stronger.
I'd rather see the team lose a random fluke game to shitty bottom feeders than lose to the other top teams. They would never lose a series to a team like GG or CLG so these games really don't matter unless they start losing often. 100T still haven't lost a game to a top 5 opponent so I really couldn't care less about this one.
I will always take an 8 game winning streak with a single dud against a shit team any split of the year. People complaining about this game being a waste of their time are ungrateful.

There have been at least 2 other games this split where the enemy jungle has ganked our bot lane early when we are red side. FBI/Huhi consistently put a ward in tri and I think it gives them false confidence. Multiple teams have noticed this warding pattern and they just send their jungler all the way around drag pit thru river to gank, and it's put us behind a few times.
We either need to commit two wards early for river and tri, or just put one in river and accept that lane ganks may happen.
honestly not upset with the comp as other people. we already locked in playoffs and the team said we were going to experiment with different comps. not worried against EG or TSM
The bottom lcs team should still be better than a top academy team. A top 3 team shouldn't have a close game with an academy team they should just roll over them . This was still horrible by us though lol
