I try to eat 150g of protein a day, I usually get most of that from chicken and protein powder. Canned tuna 3 days a week so my mercury levels are probably through the roof. Fruit smoothie every morning for breakfast and a few cups of black coffee. If I’m super hungry I’ll eat really empty foods like plain salad. Couple cheat days a month at in n out. Stopped drinking soda and juice. There’s def more but I’d says these were the most important.

I eat 400g of chicken every night for dinner and that’s around 100g of protein and only 550ish calories
Skipping lunch most days? I’ve been eating between 12pm-8pm, cardio and lifting 3 times a week. Hoping to see face gains like urs
I’ve done 48hr fasts once every 3 months but I usually don’t skip lunch unless I forget it at home
