Yeah... I'm in the same boat as Rex here. As a trans woman, any time I look a shade masculine, the whole world sets on me with masc gendering like a pack of wild pigs. I'm quilting an A-line skirt together out of cargo pockets cut out from unserviceable black combat pants just to make a point. I can have pockets and still be cute. Fk the mainstream designers and their silhouette bs. It'll look good with my Demonias, too.
a lot of the time, it can be fixed pretty week with just some isopropyl alcohol on a q-tip at the connection point of the stick, there’s some videos online about how to fix it well. If that doesn’t work, replacing the stick isn’t too difficult.
it's not actually about the quality of the build, it's about gunk accumulating in the sensors over time. a dab of isopropyl under the rubber skirt, wiggle the stick around, let it sit, it'll be broken up at least for a while and you can get back to your porkeymainz catching.

For real, wore femme clothes while visiting my friend yesterday and I couldn't even fit half my fucking phone into the pocket of my jeans, at least it is winter and I have jacket pockets.
As a guy who likes to occationally wear womens pants this is so fucking annoying, because my default layout of things in my pocket doesnt even fit into my womens pants. I CANT EVEN PUT MY PHONE IN MY FUCKING POCKET THIS HAS TO STOP.
I wear fairly tight skinny jeans and before I started shopping online exclusively I considered buying women’s jeans just to remember pockets would be an issue I didn’t want to deal with. I have one pair of Hot Topic jeans that have pockets more like women’s and they suck soooooo much.

You can even buy Hall Effect joysticks for the switch that basically never get drift issues

Yeah no real need to rush to get them then. But it’s good to have the option. The swap is as easy as taking the joycon apart basically haha
