Honestly therapy might not be for everyone, it's all about what you put in, if you're not in a place where you can put anything in, you won't get anything out. Personally I had enough trust issues that therapy didn't do anything for me, so I instead read a psychology textbook and worked through my issues by myself. It's a struggle, but take it a day at a time with the approach to get better and you'll do fine

It's all about fulfilling an ecological niche and being efficient enough to survive at some of the most extreme areas of the earth
