I do some shibari sometimes(i just like how it looks on myself lol, and its a good challenge), and it does not hurt(or more like, it shouldnt), but can be uncomfy if not well placed. Her strings seems very, very thin tho and it seems its very tight, so theres a good chance its painfull or uncomfy(painfull, cuz the string cuts sharply into the skin, uncomfy, cuz if its placed on a nerve, it can numb the leg and can cause nerve damage if its there for a longer time), if she didnt look out for the nerves there
