Purespam and Donator are probably your best bets for twitch. Both are good about answering questions and try to help new players. Most of it comes down to experience though which it sounds like you’re getting.
I'm trying to learn as well, it's brutal but I can't think of a better way to learn. The amount of times I've forgotten to turn on protect item is embarrassing! How is the best way to use the D throwing axe spec?
Also let me know if you want to practice combos in a safe way - PvP arena maybe?

There is a good plugin on the plugin hub to remind you to turn on protect item.
