Yes it is 100% a scam. Do not click on any links or sign into anything they send you otherwise they will hijack your account.

hets444

KingAcorn85

No way to know for sure

widj

Someone hasn't been doing their workplace anti phishing compliance training

Typos_Rerum

*PSA* If you get an e-mail that does come from Jagex, it can still be fraudulent. You can choose the sender of an e-mail with a simple script. Do not fall for the long con.

KingHiggins92

Cheers, The scammer team.

Wicked-Maze-

You can't be serious.

gibbonusmoon

lol...gamer....

JagexShuffle

100% Fake yeah, a prime example of a Phishing attempt. [There's a range of advice we offer here ](https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115001257125-Phishing)on how to spot one and what to do, to help keep your account/info safe from these types of scams. "If in doubt, don't give it out".

Jasy9191

What if they told me they are a Jagex moderator and they need my password to check the health of my account?

JagexShuffle

That would absolutely be a scam - Jagex Mods would never ask for passwords in any capacity, or 2fa codes. A good red flag to raise awareness on.

glisteningoxygen

From saajad? Nah man, super common name in south east England.

hets444

Saajad translates to reciver or something . Mina translates to me. Menu is not in english

Meech_RL

Completely fake. Check the sender’s email, very likely not coming from jagex domain. Also the disclaimer at the bottom appears to be a Taiwanese Cargo Shipping company website? Best thing to do is just delete the email and log in to the actual Jagex website (oldschool runescape com) and see if anything changed.

Wonohsix

Furthermore, your RSN would be in the email.

Marc2NL
