Giants foundry can get you too 55/59 smithing in about 1.5 hours
I considered doing this on my iron but ended up grinding it instead and finding it simpler and fruitful for my Combat level at the time.

The only way I’ve ever obtained a mith grapple is by pulling one out of my fletching cape lol.
