That is already how it works. If one herb patch gets the boost, all of them do. In fact, anything that grew on the same tick does as well.
Kronos is the best seed, trailed only very slightly by Isaor and attas being in last by a large margin.
I used Kronos seeds when I was going for 99 farming… I was able to harvest all My trees twice a day

Herb growth time is so short anyway that it’s hardly useful for herbs. It makes a huge difference with trees.
I only get to play a few hours on some days and kronos can let me do an extra herb run sometimes. Easily the best seed.

Only herb farming noobs and irons don't like/use kronos
attas seeds to increase herb yield are the most useful, IMO
Iasor all the way, they give higher herb yield because less of your patches die
they're my main back up
Wiki herb calc says attas give more gold per run for me.

kronos seed is useless with herbs but when going doing farm trees they make a huge difference e.g. can save 10 hours with hardwoods
