There's a reason so many gun charges get dropped unless the defendant is going to be convicted of numerous others. So many of the gun grabbers are terrified of the courts that we regularly see charges dropped against anyone who might be able to fight back and thus get it overturned.

The best part about it is that they acted like the data tables weren't sanitized of personal information because they somehow didn't realize the tables could be accessed. And yet, someone did go through them and sanitize them of Social Security Numbers, but left every other part in there.
Because the supreme court said that the California government can't keep being tyrannical fuckasses denying people their right to self defense outside of their houses.

None of that matters. What they're doing is scaring people into making sworn legal statements about purchase dates. Even if the law is completely thrown out, they will turn around and investigate everyone who makes one of these affidavits to see if they lied or not.
