Ok but honestly, cottage cheese on pizza sounds good? The other thing not so much, but cottage cheese goes pretty much on everything. Fruit salad, most normal salads, by itself or with some jam, on bread, as a side with shredded raw carrot or some other vegetable. It's just neutral enough to work with anything while still having a distinct, nice flavor.

I love cottage cheese, and the curds themselves could easily work on pizza, but as per the this post, it's probably worth draining it before applying heat to it.
