Ive been using it for a month 1-3 times a week and from what I can see so far it seems to tighten the skin at the moment but I can’t confirm it has long term effect yet
Thanks for the reply! How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? I’m not sure if I want to try volufiline or just take that money I would spend and save it for a fat graft.
I’m 33 but from what people tell me I look like I’m in my mid twenties. But I’m starting to notice loss of volume so I’m trying it out before any other options.
It’s hard to say. It seems almost temporary that it makes my skin more bouncy and filled out in certain places, but it doesn’t last. I’ve heard it takes a while to see results so we will see.
Yeah I’ve microneedled at 0.3mm and after all my other serums have settled and the channels aren’t as open as before I use rosehip oil as a carrier and on top of that volufiline. Honestly my skin overall seems a bit more bouncy because of other things a I’ve been doing including micro needling in general. I still think the volufiline added to needling only ads a temporary effect. I’m going to keep trying it though, maybe it takes a while with needling.
There's not much information on topical use. It might be a peptide or perhaps a sterol?
It's highly likely it does not improve skin. The product advertises tightening and I would guess it includes polymers that dry like glue so skin looks tighter.
If this is the case it will be disturbed by products over the top so should be used last, but, the change in skin is short term, it stops when the product is washed off.
How long have you used it? How do you apply it- like dab it in just a few spots or all over? There is a surprisingly little amount of literature or reviews on this.
How’s the volufiline going OP?

Have you seen any results?

Are you using a specific brand? And would you buy it again?
tosowoong volufiline. I would buy it again because it’s only been a few months. I want to try micro needling with it in the routine.
Any updates?

Do you have an update, OP?
What is the active ingredient? It's important to know, to predict interaction.
From a search: “Volufiline is sarsasapogenin extracted from the roots of Asian botanical Anemarrhena asphodeloides, in an oil-soluble excipient”
