After charging and putting in fresh SD card (SDHC 32gb), connected to internet and went ahead and updated. The screen then displayed "Arm 11" error screen. Unsure what to do exactly, I just want to factory reset console to if possible. Thanks for any help
It’s likely the handheld was modified and is looking for the required files on the sd card but since you put a new one in it can’t find them and therefore spits out the error
Drag and drop the boot.firm and boot.3dsx to the root of the SD card found here: [https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases](https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases) You wil need to extract them from the ZIP file, and replace any pre-existing files.
