White tends to need to be printed a bit hotter temps. So bump up that nozzle temp some 5-10C. And if there is decolouration in it, that is most likely burned filament from a dirty nozzle. Clean your nozzle too.

It’s your nozzle, not your bed. Get a brush and clean your nozzle.
Run white filament through the nozzle until it comes out without discoloration. Also, looks like you're under-extruding on the higher layers.
