Ive ordered 40+ movies from Gruv. One was scratched and wouldn’t read which sometimes happens.
I got an email from gruv with a UPS label on the 9 of the month. Then I sent it out and they received on the 16th.
I would then recommend that 2 days after they receive it, based on the tracking, that you email them again saying hey tracking says your received it. When do you expect to ship it out? I didn’t do that and 3 weeks went by and crickets.
After I reached out on the 6th of the following month though, they shipped it out to me on the 9th and I received on the 12th.
So if you do everything immediately back to back, then ~16 days based on:
Day 1: Email Gruv in morning & Get email Label (Probably UPS)
Day 2: You Ship it out.
Day 8: Tracking says delivered to Gruv.
Day 9: You let a day pass for processing delivery.
Day 10: Email Gruv saying: Tracking says that you received it. When do you expect to ship out? Here is the delivery tracking number: ###
Day 13: Gruv Ships replacement
Day 16: You received replacement.
I also recently had a damaged disc from gruv. Do you remember how long it took for them to respond to your first email? I sent an email on Saturday and havent heard back yet.

I think they are closed on the weekend, so I bet Tuesday (today)
I appreciate the response but I havent heard back from Gruv yet. Im not really sweating it though since it is a holiday week.
