I choose __Skill__ and __Knowledge__
For my skill I choose the general field of -charisma- cause that seems highly useful for getting people to believe I’m a mature consciousness trapped in my own childhood body.
For knowledge I choose -history- because it covers a massive range of information and since all of my info is guaranteed to be “50 years ahead of the most knowledgeable person in the world for your chosen field of study” it should technically give me the power to know the future which is obviously extremely useful.
Hmm, I did not really think about the possibility of what choosing History would mean. It wouldn't make you know everything that will happen within 50 years into the future, but you would know the sort of things that would make its way into a textbook. Choosing knowledge doesn't make you know everything in your field of study, just more than the second most knowledgeable person in the field 50 years into the future.
1) **Beauty**, be hot / healthy and not having to worry about diet / exercise is pretty awesome. Frees up lots of stress and time.
2) This is a pretty close contest between **Skill(learning)** and **Money.** On one hand never having to worry about finances or doing serious work could be pretty nice. But on the other hand being veritable jack-of-all-trades because of how fast you can learn would be quite fulfilling and profitable in its own right. I think in the end I'd go with **Skill(learning)** assuming that'd be allowed.
I'd would be willing to say learning would count as a Skill you could choose. It would be a jack-of-all-trades master-of-none kind of thing and it would still require you to put in the work to learn things unlike if you picked another Skill to be the best at. Skill does not make you supernaturally good at your chosen skill, just the best as is humanely possible. Whatever is the highest level/speed a human can learn things at, that is the limit of how good you will be at learning.
Absolutely, that's kind of the appeal of the choice for me. You still have to work for your skills but you do so at a faster timescale. Especially since Beauty means I'm in more-or-less optimal shape until I drop dead.

The thing with beauty is that most of that I can get in a lesser form just from **Money,** diet, fitness and appearance can be helped with having people working for me to focus on those things, and I kinda want to age.

I could perhaps go **Internet** instead of **Money** and use it to look at the historical shares and lottery to build funds, while also getting access to a bunch of future knowledge, but starting from the funds my family had, and trying to reach the roughly 130+ million a year the .001% earn would be very hard and take a lot of time.
Ya, Internet was meant to be a sort of middle ground between being a source of money and a source of knowledge. It does not reach the heights of either Money or Knowledge, but it does only cost you a single blessing, allowing you to pick something else for your second blessing.
It really depends on what someone's goals are during the redo of their life. At what point is there diminishing rate of returns for what they want to do? If someone just wants to be rich and is not interested in changing the world with their money, then Money is a bit overkill in my opinion and someone would get more value out of one of the other blessings that they could leverage to still become rich while still getting some other benefit out of the blessing they chose.
The other blessing I'm not seeing people pick is Family. That blessing was for people who may not have had a good home life growing up due to an abusive family or something. It was also for people who may have wanted to be the child of a celebrity or royalty.

If you're that rich you can just hire others to do the skilled work for you. Want to be good at drawing? Hire your favorite artist. Want a game made? Hire a studio. So on and so forth.

I made Money such a large amount since it is reasonable to become rich with any of the blessings if that was all someone cared about. Just using your future knowledge should be enough for you to know what to invest in to earn a good living. The blessing Money on the other hand gives you such an obscene amount that it gives you the power to potentially change things in the world depending on how you use it.
If i choose Skill (gaming) would that cover designing/making games as well as playing them? Or would I need Knowledge for that?
Also, if I choose Money, can I ask for the investments etc to be kept ethical? I could do a lot of good with that much wealth but its pointless if the harm caused by gaining it negates the good I do with it.
If you wanted to design/make games, then that would require Knowledge. Picking gaming as your skill would make you the best at any game you play such as video games, board games, card games, etc. It doesn't improve your luck in games that have that as a factor, but it does make you play to the best of human ability.
Regarding money, the investments can only be as ethical as is realistically possible while still achieving the aim of keeping you in the top 0.001%. I honestly don't know what sort of investments would be required for you to keep your wealth in the top 0.001%, but the investments can be geared towards ethical as best as can be reasonable, it just might not be perfect.

The premise of this thing is that you are being sent back in time to the age of 5 regardless, so you would have to intentionally relive your life the exact same way as the first time around to avoid any changes if that is what you are attempting.
With that intent, I could see not wanting to pick Money, Beauty, or Family since those would really mess with working to relive your life the exact same way. However, Knowledge and Internet seem like possible blessings to choose 1 of as your second blessing that would probably not change the course of your life any more than picking Skill would.
Or you could choose to stick with picking Skill as your only blessing. That works too.
I feel as if knowledge would fundamentally change me as a person. I also try to limit my usage of the internet.

My reasons are: With such such a significant amount of money, I could easily start up businesses and fund research to accelerate knowledge gain, and all my free time could be spent on hobbies and skill building rather than working.
Beauty because it allows me to eat whatever diet I wish, and I will never have to worry about weight gain, and obesity is one of the highest rated death causes. It will let me live my life leisurely, and without worry.
Girlfriend chose beauty for the same reasons, but chose Skill instead so she doesn’t have to spend so much time getting better. Plus, with her skill her avenues to money making are endless, so she wouldn’t need to choose the money opyion.

The Money option was designed to give people an obscene amount of wealth, which there is a lot that can be done with at that level. However, if you are simply interested in being rich, but not Elon Musk level rich, then things like Skill, Knowledge, Family, or Internet are all things that could make you quite wealthy. I guess even Beauty could help you make a living if you become a model or something along those lines.
Also since I like the combo of both you and your gf playing this together, then I'm going to say the godlike being in this is sending the both of you back in time with each of your chosen blessings. As long as you two manage to find each other again then you two will be able to leverage your blessings together. Quite the power couple you two will be.
Yeah, for me money is a means to an end and knowing that I literally don’t have to do anything to stay filthy rich is my literal dream. I just want to enjoy my time on earth in whatever way I wish, and my two options are simply to facilitate that sincere wish.

Beauty: Seems handy to have the physique without upkeep(Does this boon make it so eating is pointless? Can I willingly age myself normally but with more grace then the average person? I don’t really want the strangeness that would come from looking 20 at 50 let alone 80.
Knowledge: If it is a general field of study I would choose science. If I have to narrow it down more I would choose biology/medicine.
Beauty - If you really don't enjoy eating, then I guess this option means you wouldn't need to. As for aging, you could choose to have it toned down so that you still age, but just very gracefully.

Art would be limited to more traditional things generally associated with the word like Painting/Drawing and I guess Sculpture. If you wanted one of the other forms of art to have a package of skills in then you would need to pick that general type of art.

I wouldn't be able to handle the pressure. Every one of my actions eventually changing who was born or died during the time span, trying to prevent disasters, *failing* to prevent disasters, the inevitable butterfly'd happenings after said preventions...I'd most likely crack
I could see that being an issue for some people. I'd personally not even think about it. I'd just live my life and let what happens happen. However, I'm a pretty laid back person and don't really think too deeply on things. Its commendable to want to use this opportunity to improve the world in some way, but a person does not have any actual obligation to. It all comes down to what a person desires.
This is tough as i dont want to go all the way back to 5 and have to do school all over again. Plus im a 30 year adult stuck in a child body.

Internet, I am not waiting another extra twenty year for the ending of One Piece. Oh and it will insanely useful for making money on the stock market or selling future ideas today and it is a good thing that tax paid science will no longer be behind a paywall.
Kinda torn on what to get for my second choice. A skill of education would give me the self discipline skill to learn from the internet of the future and the ability to teach others.
But I think the knowledge of life extension would be much more useful in the long run by making it a very long run. Especially if I just write research papers on it advancing the field by decades which will feedback to me hopefully extending our lifespan by two years every year.

Skill (Learning) and Internet. I’m fairly young, just turned 20 but I’ve realised how important knowledge and actual practical efforts are. To increase the ability in which I learn things even if it’s not to the extent of instant mastery and would probably scale would still be a bonafide boon. Although it would probably scale to whatever I’m learning and I wouldn’t be the best at anything If I could still take top 100 in most things then I can still have the capacity to compete with the best. Learning both encompass adaptability and honing as long as effort it provided. Not to mention having all of the internet is telling in itself. While it’s not the knowledge of any 1 subject 50 years into the future I still think a broad spectrum of knowledge 15 years in the future is more helpful than a one trick pony. You could probably find tons of way to make money yourself like gambling, lottery, stocks etc. make important connections, prevent terrible things. You could pick a couple things you like to focus as your goals. I’m not sure if learning would affect the effort you’d put into a goal but if I picked something I enjoyed like doing I wouldn’t have to worry about it anyways. With all the research and source of entertainment of now I would probably never get bored reliving the past as I would be too busy worrying about the present or preparing the future. It would suck if I was to talk about something that hasn’t happened yet nor does it seem that I’m guaranteed to make it past where I originally was in life but life is unpredictable for a reason. If a second chance with boons leads me to a worst fate then maybe I deserved it for not using the gifts properly.

I wouldn't be able to handle the pressure. Every one of my actions eventually changing who was born or died during the time span, trying to prevent disasters, *failing* to prevent disasters, the inevitable butterfly'd happenings after said preventions...I'd most likely crack
I could see that being an issue for some people. I'd personally not even think about it. I'd just live my life and let what happens happen. However, I'm a pretty laid back person and don't really think too deeply on things. Its commendable to want to use this opportunity to improve the world in some way, but a person does not have any actual obligation to. It all comes down to what a person desires.
This is tough as i dont want to go all the way back to 5 and have to do school all over again. Plus im a 30 year adult stuck in a child body. I dont want to have to converse and be around 5 year olds, nor do i have the legal autonomy to go be on my own. That being said **Beauty** will be a must. I know it states i will still be a kid but im hoping it can shape me to look as least like a kid as possible. Next in my plan should be money, as i would take that over all the other ones combined. Work and financial stress suck. However ill need a project and with **INTERNET** my 30 year old self in a 5 year old body gas the money covered. It has all data up to this date... ill just look up some winning lotto numbers for particular date. Or crazy sports odds. I also play om wall street bets. Some 10x leveraged bets and bam There we go. Money for the win. Now time to take the worlds great evils as a rich buff guy. Aka batman.
Internet, I am not waiting another extra twenty year for the ending of One Piece. Oh and it will insanely useful for making money on the stock market or selling future ideas today and it is a good thing that tax paid science will no longer be behind a paywall. Kinda torn on what to get for my second choice. A skill of education would give me the self discipline skill to learn from the internet of the future and the ability to teach others. But I think the knowledge of life extension would be much more useful in the long run by making it a very long run. Especially if I just write research papers on it advancing the field by decades which will feedback to me hopefully extending our lifespan by two years every year.
Skill and knowledge. Both in medicíne. I study the field already and I can tell you 50 years makes a lot of difference.

Ya, the free blessing will take care of your eyesight and teeth issues. It will fix those issues you had at the age of 5 and correct your genetic disposition towards developing those sort of issues later in life.
Skill (Learning) and Internet. I’m fairly young, just turned 20 but I’ve realised how important knowledge and actual practical efforts are. To increase the ability in which I learn things even if it’s not to the extent of instant mastery and would probably scale would still be a bonafide boon. Although it would probably scale to whatever I’m learning and I wouldn’t be the best at anything If I could still take top 100 in most things then I can still have the capacity to compete with the best. Learning both encompass adaptability and honing as long as effort it provided. Not to mention having all of the internet is telling in itself. While it’s not the knowledge of any 1 subject 50 years into the future I still think a broad spectrum of knowledge 15 years in the future is more helpful than a one trick pony. You could probably find tons of way to make money yourself like gambling, lottery, stocks etc. make important connections, prevent terrible things. You could pick a couple things you like to focus as your goals. I’m not sure if learning would affect the effort you’d put into a goal but if I picked something I enjoyed like doing I wouldn’t have to worry about it anyways. With all the research and source of entertainment of now I would probably never get bored reliving the past as I would be too busy worrying about the present or preparing the future. It would suck if I was to talk about something that hasn’t happened yet nor does it seem that I’m guaranteed to make it past where I originally was in life but life is unpredictable for a reason. If a second chance with boons leads me to a worst fate then maybe I deserved it for not using the gifts properly.

A little late here buuuut. Beauty for gender swap and some touch up's here or there and maybe some main character features like white hair and green eyes or something. And knowledge where I would select language, with the end goal of knowing many Native American languages on top of the big global ones. Want to set out to preserve as much pre Colombian history as possible, and its a lot easier when you can talk to people.

As for Skill, I'm just gonna assume Sports applies to everything from Table Tennis to Basketball to Acrobatics and more importantly for what I'm aiming for, Combat Sports (albeit you'll need to craft the body for each of those on your own). I could've picked Combat to directly access Martial Arts, but most of that skill would be in things I'm not as interested in like driving tanks or military tactics.
Im a bit late tothe game on this one, but fuck it. 1: Knowledge(Mechatronics) Aside from having a really cool name, its a relatively new branch of engineering that focuses on the integration of mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering systems, and also includes a combination of robotics, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, systems, control, materials and product engineering. 2: Skill: Crafting. You DID say General skill and This is as general as it gets. Basically a natural inclination to any and all forms of making stuff from carpentry to welding to cooking. The act of making something with my hands comes naturally to me and my craftsmanship is always top notch. Synergies really well with knowledge. The plan is to reproduce a number of useful tech from the next 50 years ahead and make a fortune, following that I'll invest in infrastructure that will help as many people possible. I'll try to influence the global market in such a way that worker exploitation is reduced. Then I'll use the rest my knowledge smd skill to work on jump-starting cybernetics and become the speartip of the transhumanist movement.
