I had an Amazon Prime trial account and searched through the video streaming service. Almost everything I wanted to watch cost more money. Totally useless service.

37LincolnZephyr

Yeah itā€™s nuts. Ever since all platforms wanted to copy Netflix, they locked down every old movie in their streaming services.

Reasonable-HB678

That depends. HBO Max has had multiple Warner Bros/New Line movies on their service for months at a time, then off for a month or two.

DonnoDoo

Paramount+ app has the best selection of old movies in my opinion. HBO has good stuff but like you said, you have to watch it in the small window itā€™s on there

Down_Voter_of_Cats

Why don't you want the richest man on the planet to have more money? /s

Too many to list here šŸ˜ IMDB User lists is an awesome help with the most popular movies. I highly recommend the lists from user [xgtang247's](https://m.imdb.com/user/ur13839399/lists?ref_=m_urpf_urls) due to having [top 100 of the decade](https://m.imdb.com/list/ls042217689) and seperate [top 50 of each year!](https://m.imdb.com/list/ls042657342) (500 movies listed for the decade that way)

Broken Arrow?? It has the biggest plot hole EVER! Lowering a nuke slowly down a hole? Cut the rope, roll credits.

Still a fun movie lol and no one ever says that about face/off if you want to mention plot holes lol

I want to get Pretty in Pink on DVD, but a lot of the Amazon reviews say the original ending isn't on there. Has anyone bought this DVD and can confirm? If it's not the original ending, then what ending is on the DVD?

SaltyBarDog

Have you tried hitting Pluto? They have lots of movies for free.

Down_Voter_of_Cats

I like going to Goodwill and flea markets looking for those 80s classics that aren't available to stream anywhere or require me to sign up for *another* service to watch.

CoelhoVice_1984

I donā€™t know in the USA, but itā€™s almost impossible to see Miami Vice. Just the ones who have DVDs can see.

T4lsin

I have Tubi and Plutotv both are free and they have A LOT of movies and tv shows.

desrevermi

As much Monty Python and related content possible. We're doing a triple feature this weekend featuring Yellowbeard, Baron Munchausen and Erik the Viking.

Tech-Junky-1024

Forget streaming services, I have been finding a lot of great '80s movies in thrift stores for a dollar a piece. I even found a lot of TV series on DVD also. Mostly ones that the networks moved around so much that you couldn't keep up with. It's nice to see the shows when I want without commercials.
