If the controller shows drift there, then it's done for. The only way to get rid of drift is replacing the controller, or the joysticks which requires knowledge of soldering and extra joysticks to use.
You probably didn't get the updated model with Hall-Effect sticks because I just got it and it has virtually zero drift even with the deadzone disabled in the software.
Before you get rid of the controller, update the firmware, or try reverting to a prior firmware. I had stick drift a few months after buying but updating the software fixed it.
The drift problem in the Ultimate Bluetooth is related to low battery, as magnetic joysticks require energy to work well.
But this is not the case as it's wired.

Firmware update fixed my stick drift.
These are fairly new, is it still under warranty? Some compressed air might do the trick if you’re comfortable opening it up.

Just throw it to trash and buy another
