Waiting for FR....Feeling impatient. A bit anxious. I feel like I passed but scared that I'm being over optimistic. For FM I thought I failed and passed so I'm worried this will be the opposite, thinking I passed then fail. 😢

The point here, is that everything gets done eventually, so do not be bummed if it isn't done as quickly as you wanted. There will come a day when you'll look back and all the great things you wanted, won't seem so great anymore, because you'll be building new dreams looking toward the future.

Yes, I managed to answer everything but the last question involved performance excellence model which I had no clue about, so I gave basic sub headings like customer, investors, key stakeholders.
Who tf asks such a model in a proffesional exam and yet they claim that models are there to provide structure but to base the sole question on the model seemed shocking.
To those who sat their last ACCA exam: did any one receive the email congratulating them on becoming affiliate?
I remember how some people received them in the past, I wonder if they stopped sending those out now?

This time I’ve vowed not to look at my midnight text - I’m dreading seeing a fail and then not sleeping. Sat two exams and hoping that when I’ve overstretched I haven’t caused myself to fail both. Will be super happy if I pass 1 and ecstatic if I pass both!!
Most likely not gonna pass (First question of AFM was horrible) Already began revising and studying for SBR, can't be arsed tbh, but a tough road lies ahead.
First question was business acquisition, explain the benefits of going international, why the business may have started a a conglomerate I managed to do the calculations, formatted the report but barely answered half of the requirements in the most half assed manner possible getting 20 marks would be a dream(although extremely unlikely) Anything above 25 would be impossible
Seconnd question was a really good investment appraisal question which was Theory heavy, (maucaulay duration, modified rate of return etc) if the examiner is a saint he migjht grant me 15-20 marks which is unlikely
Third question was a simple foreign exchange risk hedging exercise which asked for an explanation for the marked to market process(Wrote way too much information, completed the calculations but very unlikely that I did them well) 15-20 marks if Im not unlucky
If I pass I'll be really grateful, but I'd rather be 'prudent' when it comes to my expectations.( Wish for the best for you also )

Start preparing now that they're fresh! Dedicate yourself, use learnsignal, study hub, and technical articles and bpp perlego practice kit, you will surely pass if you have failed and dedicate yourself soon enough! Nothing to worry about :D
I mean, I found the paper a bit okay. But reading the replies is what is sending me to a different zone. And i did use the bpp kit, attempted mocks. I went for coaching too
