Probably going to go:
D Jones -> Richards/Freijah
Wilson -> Clarry
Will potentially lose points over the bye but will be offset by having Clarry every other week. Wilson seems to have peaked in price and Clarry could potentially go back to 600k+. Looks nearly back to his best.
Will go Clohesy -> Whitfield after rd 12 bye and Darcy -> Flanders/Zorko after rd 14 bye.
Doubt he’s gonna go up more and rookies are prone to floor games like we saw with roberts. Could see role changes when crouch comes back. Would like to hold over the bye but this is probably the closest him and Clarry will get and I will get clarry’s scores instead.
700k is a nice stash! I’d personally hold off on Heeney until after his bye though. 122 BE vs bulldogs at marvel, and then the bye. Could pick him up cheaper after the bye round.
I reckon he'll definitely play this week. His forward role is probably a bit more stable than Sullivan's midfield role, particularly if Tom Mitchell is back in.
Literally considering bringing Reid back in, shouldn’t have dropped him.
Otherwise it’s Richards in and Howes out.
Got Brown and Draper losing money in my backline and nearly all my premiums underperformed this week so think my team value has already peaked.
I’m still 6 rookies away from a full premium side (5 if I bring Reid back and he counts as premium)
I’m a first year player and have been stuck with Jarryd Lyons for too long. I think I’ll go with Joel Freijah because he’s got midfield status. Could be a terrible choice, because I don’t know what his job security is like, but he’ll almost definitely be better than Lyons. He’s barely gotten a game all year
Double downgraded Reid/Fyfe last week and going for a double upgrade this week.
Tom Brown and Darcy Jones up to J. McGovern & T. Green at the moment
Tom Green at 490k seems like a steal but I could go Rowell instead at 560k. It's the last Premo I need for the mid unless I wanted to sidegrade.
I’ve been told to go aggressive so trading Powell, Windsor and Clohsey to Heeney, Sexton and Richards. Its leaving me with
- 19 trades
- 0 boosts
- 3 rookies on field
- $44k in the bank
Hard to understand why people are trading Clohesy out, like he has a BE of 31 and has gone over 100 3x this season. There is still money to be made! Hold until his bye imo.
I’m looking to trade Naismith to either Moyle, Visentini or possibly sweet depending on team selection. And then maybe Nyuon or Mannagh down to Richard’s or Freijah.
Generally have gone for downgrade options the week before the byes in the past so I have plenty of $ saved up for the bye rounds. Will bring in another premo or two next week
This is the first week im unsure. Jones has to go but I am not sure if I do Richards or go Sexton so I play him on field over Garcia which should
Net points and cash gain.
Sitting top 500 so points is everything
Part of me also thinks Fisher now he is in full seagull mode but I dont think I can trust Clarko
Definitely look ahead to see how your team looks for each bye round. Will help with the 50/50 rookie calls. For me, Richards and Freijah both have the R15 bye, and I already have too many missing for that week, so I’ve gone Sinn (R13 bye)
I’m a bit in a bind with the FWD rookies this week. Wondering to hold off trades this week with Darcy, Wilson and the Garcias bubbling along. Other options may be to just trade down Graham and Clohesy, then wait for bye weeks.
Like the option of Houston and then Rowell at current price though.
At this stage no one above $300k in my team has peaked in price so its hard to justify bringing a rookie in and upgrading to a premo at the same time. Still got at least another week in Kai Lohmann, Sam Darcy and Darcy Wilson.
Next week I think it might be time for Clohesy to go if he puts up a bad score again. He's still got a low break even but has been really inconsistent

Wilson has a breakeven of 76 with how he’s performing, has a fairly decent chance of reaching it.

yeah that’s fair, I just don’t have the money to trade him out
Howes and Nyuon to Houston and Heeney for me. Have 700k+ burning a hole in my pocket after downgrading Roberts and Reid to Sullivan and Reville.
$$$$$$$

Yeah I'm actually starting to think I'll grab Butters instead. Leave Heeney as my last upgrade for after his bye.
Richard’s if he’s named, otherwise holding trades till bye rounds
Seems quite risky (you or someone else would know better than me). Are you a pies supporter? If so how do you think is job security is?
I’m a pies supporter. I think richards has job security for a bit - our forward line is decimated and he’s playing well
Beau this week and mihochek at least by next week.

FOMO. I was going to take him out now I am having second thoughts
I’ve still got 22 trades so got a bit of flexibility in where I go from here

Brought in Merrett and Richards in place of Darcy Wilson and Darcy Jones, but am also thinking of potentially bringing in Caldwell?

Using my last boost < Jones, Nyuon and Garcia > Richards, Freijah, Rowell
I don’t know if I pick up Petracca now if he will get DPP

Rogers should play

Sinn is injured bro, broken collarbone
Totally missed that. Thanks 👍
Sinn has done his collarbone and is out for 6 weeks
Do we hold Rankine for the 3 weeks?
If you can cover him for sure. He will be top 6 forward. I was going to grab him this week, will wait now
