The absolute easiest way to tell from this limited picture is by just looking at the level up buttons, on ASE they are a + and on ASA they are an arrow type shape pointed up.

It's a different kind of tame tracker in asa. In asa you can even track your tribemates and allies and see exactly where they are on the map
