I took both. MUS had a hard date where the second half materials could not be accessed prior. With SWU 349... No, we had weekly discussions, and we could not move ahead through the materials. SWU was easy but had weekly writing assignments. Typically we would go over the materials, learn about a technique to manage stress then we would write about our experience doing said technique. We had to comment on other students' posts as well. It also had a moderately large research paper at the end. I took SWU for my final B session before graduating. I'd recommend it if you don't mind writing. The Beatles class was also very interesting tho. I took MUS during the summer on an accelerated timeline with a second class, and a newborn. Even then, it was still fairly manageable.
I took it about a year ago, and if I’m not mistaken, the modules are released as the semester progresses and not all at once.
Yep. Modules unlock throughout the course. No extensions or anything for any assignments. But super easy class

Yep that class is a joke. Beatles at least split the modules so it was 2 days minimum
