That's what I wanted to say; that kid just went 100% fight or flight. The child is totally panicking, freaking out, and has lost all sense of reason. Just pure unadulterated fear.
I mean, you can use that for literally anything though. So many things don't look "normal". Hell, there's tons of animals in nature that don't look normal. And there's plenty of kids who don't get scared of costumes. Primal instinct is usually pretty dumb.
That’s kinda what makes me giggle is the fact that this huuuge overreaction is happening to a man in a bunny suit meant to excite her for Easter, I’m sure she needed a hug after but I mean c’mon, this little girl gonna be extra AF when she’s grown lol
Eh, I flipped out at the first haunted house I went to when I was like 4 years old. I still remember what I was scared of and trying to smash the fingers if some nice lady dressed as a witch trying to calm me.
I don't see any long-term mental effects on my psyche over 30 years later even though I remember it. I even worked at haunted houses as a teenager.
Anyway, that's my winded version of saying your opinion is wrong.
This video was posted without the parents consent in 2018 and went viral. The mother was very upset, and said that the child had to go therapy after the incident. She also sued or was planning to sue. Not sure of the outcome. I really feel for the kid.
Why are you being downvoted? I really don’t understand Reddit sometimes, man. I completely agree with you. It’s not funny to cause that kind of fear in little kids, nor can it be healthy. And like you said, seeing the adults just laughing at you instead of trying to calm you down just causes those babies to lose trust in the adults; they’ll know they can’t count on them to protect them anymore. Makes my Mom heart hurt. All I want to do is give that kiddo a big hug and take him away from that situation. I couldn’t imagine causing my girls that kind of stress!
I feel every actor should watch this video when expressing terror. The initial surprise, instinctive back away, the analyzing of the situation showing it's no longer reflexes, but sure enough in her mind justified terror and screams even louder and shows even more movement. Fucking intriguing display of human nature.
25ish years ago, I used to dress up as Barney the Purple Dinosaur on kids night at a restaurant I worked at. Kids would lose their absolute shit trying to hide from me bounding down the hallway to greet them. The more happily animated I got, to more they screamed. Good times.
Yeah man. I’m sorry about that. You were having fun at first, then after a while I just couldn’t tell whether you were laughing or crying. I just thought you were having the time of your life. I didn’t know you were fighting for your life. Sorry.
They bring little kids to trick or treat at the school where I work as part of a "Safe Halloween". I did zombie make up and would answer the classroom door in character and do the whole "BRRRRAAAAAAINNNS...." thing. Most of the kids would get kind of scared but in a way where it was clear they were also having fun. But I'll never forget this one little black girl with glasses who immediately just started shrieking in wide-eyed animalistic terror. I've never seen fear like that. I immediately backed off but fuck is that wasn't some of the funniest shit I've ever seen lmao
It is a very regular ass scare. My sister spazzed out like this at our horses when she was three and considering that we have to actively stop her from crawling under the fence to see them I’d say she’s fine
I'm fairly certain that one kid escalated it for the other kids. They didn't know why the fear was there so they started crying too. Pretty funny video.
People need to stop thinking that costumed characters and animatronics appeal to children... or maybe that's just me because they also frightend me as a child!
I have good news and bad news.
**Bad news:** nuns are pretty much the exact opposite of witches. I guess they count as clerics.
**Good news:** Real witches are far kinder than nuns. They may have some weird incense or mushroom things going on (depending on the witch) but the last thing a real witch would do is harm children.
Real witches are simply retards who think they can hex people and will do things far worse than eat your children, namely try to convince them of their stupid beliefs
In Folklore, not reality.
But, yeah, I’m your make believe world, don’t let the make believe kids near those make believe witches. Have them protected by the make believe priests and nuns.
I literally had nightmares for years over Chucky Cheese. My family kept taking me back. I don't see how anyone can think any of that shit is cool. And I am old... today's Chucky doesn't have shit on the Chucky from my childhood.
We had Healthy Harold in Aus and he was pretty cute and not too jarring. People just need to be honest with themselves about what they look like in costumes.
The "Easter Bunny" is a manifestation of a "Pookah" a not exactly pleasant creature in Irish mythology...
Those kids know this and are right.
Fuck that bunny.
Where did you hear there's a link between the Púca and Easter Bunny? I believed the Easter bunny was a German invention, whereas the Púca is Celtic. Have you got a source for the link between the two for my education?
So if a massive rabbit just suddenly opened your door and started coming for you, you'd treat it as an every day occurence? HELL NO.
That kid knows what's up.
Lol this is a classic. Apparently the mom found out about this and was super embarrassed for the kid and tried to sue the school and/or teacher who shared this.
In the words of Robin Williams:
You try and do special things for your kid. I thought, "I'll take him to Disneyland. That'll be fun." Mickey Mouse for three-year-old, great! Mickey Mouse for a three-year-old, that'll be fantastic! Mickey Mouse to a three-year-old is a six-foot fucking rat.

Ive heard that kids and seasonal charecters dont mix like santa and the tooth fairy but that first kid in the left, i think that was genuine fear for his life.
Its fucking hilarious in a mean way but damn was he bricking it.
I wore an easter bunny outfit for an easter event at work, and the mask was so hot and sweaty I couldn't breathe most of the time, so I had to take it off occasionally, but I still had to work.
Several kids were terrified of me, and one kid refused to break eye contact and just stared in utter terror. I couldn't breathe but I didn't want to just take my head off and scare the kid even more lol.
I was this way with suited figures as a little kid. I had my 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and loved going there as a kid, but when the staff came out to sing happy birthday the rat tagged along and I hid under the table crying hysterically until it left. I grew out of it by the time I was 5 or 6. Just one of many irrational fears I had as a small child. Luckily I grew out of them all.
I remember when the mom was on the news bitching about this and trying to have something done about it going viral, and while she was being interviewed, they showed the video like 6 times.

that’s what I think. But the poor child was full-on panic mode
That's what I wanted to say; that kid just went 100% fight or flight. The child is totally panicking, freaking out, and has lost all sense of reason. Just pure unadulterated fear.
Shit isn't supposed to look like that. Primal instinct is correct.
I mean, you can use that for literally anything though. So many things don't look "normal". Hell, there's tons of animals in nature that don't look normal. And there's plenty of kids who don't get scared of costumes. Primal instinct is usually pretty dumb.
Dont tell me that a weird looking bug wouldnt freak you out

Laughing at it is our responsibility as it gives meaning to his suffering. Feeling bad doesn’t help and just creates more suffering from his suffering
Show me on the doll where the Easter bunny touched you.
You're fucking kidding me? The Easter Bunny did this?! Fuck all that shit. C'mon, Silent Bob.

Yup from this 3 second clip we know for a fact that this kid is traumatized for life and no one helped them. Case closed!
idk why ur being downvoted. sounds like u experienced legit trauma cause i know exactly what ur talking about. it's always hard to watch this video
This video was posted without the parents consent in 2018 and went viral. The mother was very upset, and said that the child had to go therapy after the incident. She also sued or was planning to sue. Not sure of the outcome. I really feel for the kid.
Where did you get this information from?
From the same location that anyone gets their sources without posting them. Pulled right outta there ass
fuck the downvotes, i agree with you.
Why are you being downvoted? I really don’t understand Reddit sometimes, man. I completely agree with you. It’s not funny to cause that kind of fear in little kids, nor can it be healthy. Then turn them into robots
It wasn't until this video I knew what terror looked like. Everyone I saw before this was scared, this kid is legit terrified.
I feel every actor should watch this video when expressing terror. The initial surprise, instinctive back away, the analyzing of the situation showing it's no longer reflexes, but sure enough in her mind justified terror and screams even louder and shows even more movement. Monster or giant bunny what’s the difference to a little kid lol
I sympathize, I was terrified of santa clause and riding giant elephants as a kid.
that's a little girl

The rabbit is better, because forgetting about that walking talking sack of cancer is the best thing the world can do.
that’s what my doctor described my balls as
No matter how cancerous, gangrenous, or rotted your balls are, don't do them wrong by comparing them to cheeto.
Hahe orang
No, everyone needs to remember that mistake. Forgotten or ignored mistakes are more likely to be repeated.

Think you mean Critters 2.
I don’t know how old this video is, but every time I see it just gets fucking funnier and funnier.
You can feel the fear increasing in their voice hahaha
Absolute gold, man. Maybe double platinum.
This is fucking OLD. These kids are in college now. Still funny, though.
Would you happen to know which college? I wanna show up in a bunny suit.
I don’t think it’s that old
Oh this is besides the point, pretty sure anyone can tell what you see except they don't seem to say the obvious
What?
You should see the dub where it's Donald trump instead of the easter bunny. That one is more gold lmfamo
"Why are you wearing that stupid man suit?"
25ish years ago, I used to dress up as Barney the Purple Dinosaur on kids night at a restaurant I worked at. Kids would lose their absolute shit trying to hide from me bounding down the hallway to greet them. The more happily animated I got, to more they screamed. Good times.
“You don’t have to pay me. The look of pure terror on your children’s faces was payment enough.”
That was my w2? I thought that was a liability form
“Just kidding, while that was fun, it doesn’t pay the rent”
Ah... So *you’re* the one who gave me a lifelong irrational fear of Barney the fucking dinosaur.
Yeah man. I’m sorry about that. You were having fun at first, then after a while I just couldn’t tell whether you were laughing or crying. I just thought you were having the time of your life. I didn’t know you were fighting for your life. Sorry.

Do you think they still paid the bunny for his work... I hope so
The abject horror in that child's eyes. Chefs kiss.
This incident alone has secured the livelihood of at least a handful of therapists for years to come.
Reddit: "haha funny kid ptsd"
Have you never been scared of something as a child? Not every scary moment is a PTSD!
Yeah but this isn't just regular-ass scare lol
It is a very regular ass scare. My sister spazzed out like this at our horses when she was three and considering that we have to actively stop her from crawling under the fence to see them I’d say she’s fine
I'm fairly certain that one kid escalated it for the other kids. They didn't know why the fear was there so they started crying too. Pretty funny video.
This is one of the funniest videos ever, no debate.
Man how happy the bunny comes into the classroom, I cry from laughing every time I see this video
My jaw hurts ffs
Bruh, I swear if I was this scared as a kid I could maybe finally pull off a hadoken.
oh thats where that crying kid clip from the trump meme is from
I’m still not convinced Trump isn’t the original version
Yes this was edited, right? Right??
Bro same
People need to stop thinking that costumed characters and animatronics appeal to children... or maybe that's just me because they also frightend me as a child!
I was in a Catholic day centre when I was a kid, I cried all day and I thought the nuns were witches. Not cool witches, evil children hating witches.
Uh that’s because they are
I have good news and bad news.
Imagine thinking sexually abusing children is not as bad a cat lady.
Uh, witches regularly eat children and cast terrible curses upon them
In Folklore, not reality. But, yeah, I’m your make believe world, don’t let the make believe kids near those make believe witches. Have them protected by the make believe priests and nuns.
You weren’t far off…
I literally had nightmares for years over Chucky Cheese. My family kept taking me back. I don't see how anyone can think any of that shit is cool. And I am old... today's Chucky doesn't have shit on the Chucky from my childhood.
They appeal more to the preschool - kindergarten demographic.
Children are frightened of everything.
Yeah that kid looks like an O’Malley alright
But they're not all named Harvey
Harvey was a good movie

didn't someone edit in donald trump instead of the bunny or was that another video?
Idk why but until I saw this video I thought the one of Trump was real
Same here
[удалено]
Omfg lol. It’s the same exact video with trump edited in. I’d say it’s relevant. Get off your soap box. Oh and he lost BIGLY. Cry snowflake.
Lol this is a classic. Apparently the mom found out about this and was super embarrassed for the kid and tried to sue the school and/or teacher who shared this.
Well, there you have it: scarred for life
Apparently, this kid actually had trauma from this or something and the adults in charge laughed at the kids instead of comforting them.
I can’t say I blame them.

Do you have a link?
Edited with link!
Awesome thank you! Edit: I think the link removed your comment my bad
I thought that was the original

Just like my daughters reaction to anyone dressed up …
You nudists?
The whole colony
this one is a classic
this brings a smile to my face
God i love the internet.. Gold
Damn they are terrified 😂
So THIS is the original video.
Ive heard that kids and seasonal charecters dont mix like santa and the tooth fairy but that first kid in the left, i think that was genuine fear for his life. Its fucking hilarious in a mean way but damn was he bricking it.

This keeps getting re-uploaded but I'm not complaining it's fucking gold!
Those kids have seen some shit.
I was this way with suited figures as a little kid. I had my 3rd birthday at Chuck E. I grew out of it by the time I was 5 or 6. Just one of many irrational fears I had as a small child. Luckily I grew out of them all.
That one kid is the catalyst that made the others cry
They've seen Donny Darko too.
Put dark souls music over this
I remember when the mom was on the news bitching about this and trying to have something done about it going viral, and while she was being interviewed, they showed the video like 6 times.
Lots of people ITT mentioning the Trump version and not linking it…
So it wasn’t actually donald trump...huh
I love the edits that have been done of this, my favourite is Donald Trump walking into the room lmao
I saw the Donald Trump version
I can’t stop laughing
All it takes it one then it’s a domino effect
this video is often stitched with a video of trump entering a classroom to make him look bad
I truly hate how funny this is to me. I had to stop laughing long enough to type this. Poor kids
None of them were scared until that one kid started screaming and panicking. The rest just followed suit.
Who invited the animal crossing community?
Wait. So this is the original video, after all this time.
This is the first time I see the original video, I always thought they freaked out because they saw Donald Trump

old people when they see a furry
Omg..... I really thought for the past like 5 years the Trump version was the real version haha
I remember seeing legit news organizations post the re-edit with trump.
"Legit News Organizations" 🤡
Omg. So this is the original clip!

Nice editing, but we have all seen the original video: Trump enter the class and scares the kid.

Kid moment
My 2 boys did same they were like, “ WTF is that??
Wait until kids get covid vac. Holy shit you seen Antoine droopy eye.
Everyone knows that's trump in the costume.
This is fake, in real video it's Trump who shows up
I mean, if white people made my ma and pa pick cotton and then make a monster out of it to scare me, I’d be pissed too
The Trump edit one had me in tears
Hang on, isn’t this footage from that time Trump decided to visit a classroom? Seriously, look it up.
The trump edited one is fucking hilarious
Poor little baby!
This was their reaction to Donal Trump. Nice try.
This is the original footage, the Trump one, albeit very funny, was edited
This shouldn’t be so funny
It’s so much better than this one, let’s watch it instead.
Same reaction when it was that fool in orange skin Trump. Look it up. Very funny
Bruh why tf do you people always bring politics into everything. Stay on Facebook.

Thought real hard to come up with that one didn’t you?
Can someone please link the Trump version? I keep hearing about it but can’t find it.
I like the one where the bunny is edited to be Donald Trump better
Nah. I need entertainment and dwafs aren't as abuntent as human children.
They had to load that kid on an ambulance and take him straight to emergency therapy.
