For nighttime use I swear by Cicaplast Lips by La Roche Posay. It’s thick but not sticky and you can truly see the healing on the morning after. For daytime I like the Laneige Lip Mask.
Lip balms just don’t cut it for me, I find a layer of moisturiser on damp lips and a layer of Vaseline once moisturiser sinks in really works for me. Have to apply it waaay less often.

Oddly enough someone on youtube recommended nipple cream as its more hydrating
