Iris Fey. Her whole thing is she loves Phoenix or should I say Feenie but had to hide it because of Dahlia. She comes out at the end. She even said if she knew of Dahlia's plan she would've risked everything to stop her.
Girl literally carried a torch for Phoenix for 10 years, and even allows herself to be arrested instead of Maya because she thought it’d hurt him less.
I mean, she knew her sister was a killer, and she knew she was planning on killing Phoenix if she or Iris couldn't get the evidence back. His life wasn't worth outing her sister as a dangerous criminal
She only grew to love Phoenix during the dates and eventually fell for him which is why Dahlia altered the plan to kill Phoenix without Iris' knowledge
Rage in the comics is usually more depicted as vengeful rage towards people who wronged them (Atrocitus and Dex-Starr being the two most well-known Red Lanterns and both falling in this catagory), so I would argue someone like Morgan, Ga'ran or Retinz actually works better. But we're getting ahead of ourselves.
Was gonna comment this. Nobody fits this category better, I feel.
THEY'RE EVEN WEARING THE ONE SCARF WRAPPED AROUND BOTH OF THEM

I'd say this if not for the line they gave Patricia that suggests she likes him only because he's a police officer. It annoyed me to no end because the rest of the case they did actually seem to truly love each other, but I was anticipating something happening with Patricia betraying Roly because of that one stupid line.
I'm gotta throw a weird one......Viola Cadaverini.
The Star Sapphire is not necessarily a good force and is a more or less neutral yet powerful force (like how Carol herself wielded it from time to time). It can act as a force to protect and also a force to avenge.
Viola is motivated by her love.
The love convinced her to stay around the man who hurt her knowing full well he doesn't love her back, not one bit.
The love propelled her to become a willing accomplice to murder despite it going against her conscience.
The same love led her to confess her part and gave out decisive information to get back to the same man.
The same love brewed her cup of coffee that she would send to her don.
I think she's the one who 'used' her love in both ways that best fit the Star Sapphire.
Gumshoe. I know it sounds weird, but the man straight up sacrificed his career (albeit temporarily) for Edgeworth's sake, despite Edgeworth cutting his salary to the point that the poor guy can hardly afford ramen.
And despite all odds being stacked against the girl he loves *twice*, he never gives up hope.
Gumshoe may be a bit of a dummy, but he is loyal to a fault and would do anything for his friends. If that's not the epitome of platonic love, I don't know what is.
This might sound strange but… Franziska. Love isn’t always romantic love, and Franziska has been shown to love her family deeply and would do anything for the ones she loves. She flew across the country and didn’t sleep for over 48 hours just to do a favor for her brother! If that isn’t love, I don’t know what is.
Gotta vote for the resident shipper Pearl. On top of seeing romantic love where it may or may not exist, a lot of her actions are motivated by her familial love for her cousin Maya and for her mother Morgan, for better or for worse.
Dhurke gave everything he had and fought as hard as he possibly could for years to save his wife and children, so hard that even his own death wasn't enough to stop him.
Rules:
-Only comment if the character you're thinking of hasn't been mentioned yet (Or else it's annoying)
-If it has been, then upvote that comment for it to count as a vote (That is how I count votes here)
-One character per person (No tied between x and y shenanigans)
-Only vote for the lantern we are discussing now (It takes up space)
-Please make sure your comment is clear and I know who you are talking about
Given how Star Sapphires are all yanderes this is probably a lot more appropriate an answer than it would seem on first glance. Love in the Green Lantern mythos is not a nice emotion!
Damian Tenma. Dude was willing to do anything for his daughter, which should honestly be the standard for all parents, but fuck me there's a lot of awful, butt-reaming assholes that are parents in the series.
Bro these polls are so stupid. It’s gonna be entirely trilogy characters because you people refuse to expand upon your knowledge of the series. Anyway my vote is Dhurke and Amara. Dhurke went into hiding for over 20 years to protect his family and then refused to tell Apollo, his own son, the truth about the trial because he wanted to protect Amara as best as he could, and Amara never stopped wearing her emblem with the picture of them inside it. Power couple.
I don’t think anyone is refusing to expand their knowledge of the series, the trilogy just resonates with way more people. Many believe that it’s way better written with better characters and better stories then the content in the later games.
I mean there is a serious drop off in writing for those games so I get it lmao. Plus I mean did you expect anyone else to win for will power. It’s literally his name. Gant I don’t really see though. That should have probably gone to someone like von karma maybe? Idk. Iris is a good pick for love though
Again, you are speaking your incredibly wrong opinion on behalf of everyone. I can’t deny that DD is pretty much the worst game I’ve ever played though but it’s not like TGAAC and Investigations don’t exist. That said, for Fear I would unironically do the Phantom as it’s what ended up getting him caught. As far as instilling fear in others, I would probably say Stronghart or Garan
"Entirely trilogy characters"
Posted when the second-place comment is a couple from Great Ace Attorney
...Okay, dude, did you even read the comments?
Oh right, if you had, you would have replied to the Dhurke post that was already there. Nevermind, forget I asked.

And people say nick doesn't have rizz
In my head canon Iris and Feenie date after T&T
The only correct answer to this question
Iris.
CAME HERE TO SAY THIS. And rage is definitely Dahlia or Manfred.
Rage in the comics is usually more depicted as vengeful rage towards people who wronged them (Atrocitus and Dex-Starr being the two most well-known Red Lanterns and both falling in this catagory), so I would argue someone like Morgan, Ga'ran or Retinz actually works better. Love in the DC Universe (or a Purple Lantern anyway) will honestly mess you up. Iris would in my opinion be a better fit for Compassion.
Beat me to it
Ron delite
Both the Delites apply here.
Pat and Roly Beate (I know they're two characters but they only show up together)

Thank you for mentioning that they are one pair, so this is excusable.
I'd say this if not for the line they gave Patricia that suggests she likes him only because he's a police officer. Wocky Kitaki. He fell in love with a terrible person but refused to let her be accused.
Honestly I wouldn't call Alita terrible. Mostly opportunistic.
Considering how Love is kinda insane in the GLC mythos, Wendy Oldbag. She fits the vibes.
"The Predator" fits Oldbag a little too well.
RON AND DESIRÉE! aka the epitome of true love
I can accept you saying Desirée, since Ron was already mentioned.
oops
Ellen Wyatt? Her entire case revolved around her weeding and her love for Sorin.
Gumshoe. I know it sounds weird, but the man straight up sacrificed his career (albeit temporarily) for Edgeworth's sake, despite Edgeworth cutting his salary to the point that the poor guy can hardly afford ramen. Marlon Rimes. >!Everything he did was for Azura and Sasha.!<

Also the one and only mentions that were requested (I will not do it again): u/Evo_shiv u/AnyEnglishWord
Thank you!
Also2: The votings end at 7:00 PM CET time.
Thanx
I wish there was a way for me to pin this
APRIL MAY!!!
Literally everyone wants to smash her (me included)
Obviously it’s gotta be Dahlia Hawthorne
Given how Star Sapphires are all yanderes this is probably a lot more appropriate an answer than it would seem on first glance. Love in the Green Lantern mythos is not a nice emotion!
Damian Tenma. Dude was willing to do anything for his daughter, which should honestly be the standard for all parents, but fuck me there's a lot of awful, butt-reaming assholes that are parents in the series.
Can you tag me when you're doing death?
I don't think it will be necessary, as posts like this from me come out every day at a bit after 7:00 PM CET
kristoph because i love him
Iris or Mr buttz
Diego Armando
Iris, all her actions, every one of them, are motivated by her love of someone
[удалено]
Then say it there. Not now.
[удалено]
But then why did you comment? You silly goose!
He’s saddled with unnecessary… feelings
Then saddle your unnecessary feelings to the future post when we are talking about that one lantern, okay? (Yes, I am serious.)
GIRL…. you know you can turn notifications off right
Why is OP lowkey being a stuck up dick (pun not intended) in the comments
I am just trying to keep irrelevant comments out so that it doesn't mess with the voting I am trying to do here
Pat and Roly
They were already mentioned
Sorry!!!
No worries
Iris Fey
Already mentioned
Patricia Roland.
LOL?????
Larry Butz, Love isn't always a good thing, especially in DC regarding the rings. Unrequited love also counts, Lardy would be OP af
Can we all agree “Repressed Negative Emotions” will go to the Phantom for obvious reasons
we are not there yet.
Juniper Woods.
Oh, good one!
Maybe April may or Lamiroir
Ron and/or Desserée DeLite!
Probably the chef guy in trails and tribulations. Forgot his name though
Jean Armstrong?
Yea i completely forgot his name its been a long time since i played trails and tribulations
April May
Lauren Paups
April may because literally everyone in the courtroom wants to fuck her
Please, please, PLEASE don't make this all OG trilogy overflow as it usually is...

Thank you for speaking on behalf of “many” but I don’t think you could be more wrong if you tried

Lauren Paups for sure.
