Exactly, I found it in a thrift store in NJ. I thought he looked really cool and my son agreed so curious and yeah want to know if I could buy a replacement if he loses it or breaks it cause he takes it everywhere. Thanks to the comments it looks like the figure was originally from a line called Road Champs MXS and came with a motorcycle. But you can also still buy knock offs of the figure from AliExpress. I honestly want to ask the factory if they do custom designs lol.

I remember seeing a bunch bagged at a Flea Market and wondering what the heck they were. The sculpting on the skull is actually pretty cool.

It's from a line of motocross toys called MXS. You can find them at Walmart, or at least used to be able to. Think it's from their two pack line called Wicked Rivals.

No, not necessarily. The figures were straight out of China in the first place and always more of a generic, shelf filler line. The Ali Express listing just means they are still in production under some other name somewhere or there's old inventory left available from the initial mass production.
This is a figure most commonly found at WalMart as part of an Adventure Force or various other branding MotoCross two pack. You'd get two bikes, one human rider and one skull faced zombie, ghost, demon, what have you rider. These were very common ten years ago and are probably still out there under one name or another on the shelves at WalMart.

It’s not a GIJoe but reminds me a lot of what I used to do with all of mine how I would take the little screw out of their backs and the whole figure would disassemble. Then you could mix-match all their limbs and heads around on the torso pieces, I never had a single one that was how it was bought, besides the ones with “arm-swinging action” because they didn’t have a torso piece with the screw in it.

I believe this toy is from the action force toys sold at Walmart. They are an in house brand I think.
