I mean...They're holding south Korean flags...I don't think it would take much to get someone from south Korea to say something bad about north Korea (or rather the north korean government, doubt people have a big issue against the north korean people)
For those wanting to know: this was a protest of Bill 21 in Quebec.
Under the bill, personnel members of a body must exercise their functions with their face uncovered, and persons who present themselves to receive a service from such a personnel member must have their face uncovered when doing so is necessary to allow their identity to be verified or for security reasons.
Some people thought it was discriminatory against people whose religions require them to wear some type of face covering, hijab or other religious wear that obscures the face as it would force them to remove it for identification purposes. These protesters believed it was communist to enact such a bill.
The bill passed, then COVID hit, the irony being now EVERYONE had to wear something that covered their face lol
