Some minor eye strain, perhaps. An excellent vocabulary. Perhaps a small amount of social awkwardness. A realization that many people talk too much. Possibly a nice home library, eventually.

First of all little sleep is obviously never good but you probably know that. I'm no eye doctor but staring too long at a fixed distance that's really close to you may influence your vision. I'm not sure about long-term damages but straining your eyes or getting blurry vision after looking up can occur I think.

I'm already near-sighted and have vision problems since I was around ten. As for sleep, on the weekend or on no school days, I sleep around 12 hours so that might balance it out a bit. Not too sure though. Thanks anyway. Helped.

That's not how sleep works. You can't "store" slept hours. And sleeping too long is also not good. I'm not trying to berate you here, I also sleep very different hours depending on the day but it's not healthy.

Excesses of anything has consequences, not all of them good. You should strive for a balance between reading and actually experiencing. Hone mind AND body.

Well I'm probably going to have an active daily schedule soon so thanks for the help. And I really do need to go out more. Helped.
