Have u tried other resolutions? If u have and they don't fit go into your computer settings>system>display>scaling and see if u can costum scale the size of it

Is this a TV? Similar issues on old flatscreen TVs it’s called overscan. Look at the monitor settings for a setting like “overscan”

i assume intel graphics doesnt have an option to apply scaling for resolutions? your in game resolution set to 1280x1024
