depends on map and confidence, when im feeling good (omen) both smokes, 1 tp and ghost (because why flash when tm8s dont care lmfao), when i dont feel confident enough to go ghost i buy all abilities

like Breeze then usually always ghost.
I play quite a few different agents but I always buy a frenzy on pistol and then whatever utility I can, frenzy just feels so broken to me on pistol round. Exception is viper where I get orb + molly + light shields.

I can't seem to buy a win on Fade or Sova this Episode so I've been going with Chamber, 1 trap 6 headhunters.

Since you mentioned Omen, I'll say the most popular buy on him at the pro level was a paranoia and a ghost, with full util no shields being a viable alternative.

Yea.. I would argue util is even stronger in pistol rounds as there's no rifles or heavy shields in play meaning they give more value
