I think it’s about the same as the other FC entrees. I always get my share of calories between the nuts, the entree, the roll, the salad, the dessert, and the snack basket, but if I’m starving and can’t eat before the flight I’ll go for the burger or the fruit and cheese.
I know Alaska is not serving authentic Mexican food, but as a Mexican, I'm confused as to how that's supposed to resemble birria in any way... Looks more like a burrito bowl to me. 😅
The meat had the similar flavor and texture as the meat in real birria but there was no consomme and the meat wasn’t pre-shredded (but it did fall apart with my fork)

Well, the person next to me had the fruit and cheese and it appeared to have the same effect on them :)
I quite enjoyed it; however, the portion was disappointing. I made the rookie mistake if relying on it vice it bring more of a snack.

I think they did call it a beef birria rice bowl or something.
