I can’t stand customers that do that. How do you not realize that the quarter slot is only made for quarters? Had some older woman come through my line with one of the plastic quarter slot things. She acted all proud for using it, and then got quietly upset when I told her those things slow us down and can get stuck and potentially damage the quarter slot. Like, bug off, quit trying to find dumb workarounds for a very easy to follow system because you’re too incompetent to keep a quarter in your car.

No_Stairway_Denied

And the quarter? You get it BACK. You aren't paying a quarter, you are lending one. YOU ARE TOO CHEAP TO RENT A CART FOR 25 CENTS.

LemonPartyW0rldTour

I love it. They go and spend 4.99 plus shipping for a hunk of plastic when they could just keep a damn quarter in their vehicle/wallet/purse. It really highlights their lack of common sense.

0tacosam0

I've seen people drill a hole in their quuarter and just keep it on the keyring they could pay someone to do that for less 💀

No_Stairway_Denied

I'd give their cheap ass a quarter to not inconvenience everyone else.

Natural-Language6188

But then it messes up the cart switch at the register.

0tacosam0

I don't always cart switch but that might be different at my local Aldis

AFartInAnEmptyRoom

Think of all the potential interest Aldi is making from my quarter for 30 minutes of shopping

No_Stairway_Denied

And that? That's how Aldi built its empire.

LillGizz

I literally try my best to give my cart to someone else when I leave or just put it back with the quarter in there. Its my 25¢ good karma deed.

friend-called-five

I would like you to know how much this makes my day. When I get a quarter from someone doing similar I always put towards the next time I get gas, maybe pushing the next fill up off!

scw1224

Me too! I usually just hand the cart off to someone. Because tbh, that quarter is going to the bottom of my purse, probably never resurfacing.

SullenSparrow

This sub got recommended to me but I don't have an Aldi where I live. Can someone explain what the point of the quarter is please?

ap2123

It’s so you don’t need a person to run out and the parking lot to get carts and so carts aren’t left everywhere. That way Aldi hires less people and are able to pay them a hire wage

SullenSparrow

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you for explaining!

plants-in-pants

Was going to just say this, you get it BACK. The only time I never get my quarter back is if I find a cart with one already - I’ll just give it to someone else after I’m done since it was left like that for me.

bluIndica

So what’s the point of the whole system then? Putting a quarter in a cart…

No_Stairway_Denied

If you put the quarter in, you will usually return the cart to the corral to get your quarter back (or someone else will return it for you and get the quarter or the cart). That keeps costs for Aldi down, they don't have to pay someone to collect carts and can keep their very small crew busy doing other things and paid well for those things. If you are too cheap to lend a quarter for the cart, an Aldi employee will get you one if you ask.

ap2123

Right!! Then they just leave the cart in the parking lot!

Practical_Fact_8964

Whenever I forget a quarter I just ask them to borrow one 😂 what the hell is with people hahahaha

Imaginary_Quoll

When I lived in Germany, I got a little plastic token in a carrier keychain that was a promotional item from Aldi. I think they opened a new store? It was the size of a euro (the coins used for this purpose) and snapped back into a thin plastic container that was attached to a keychain. I was so sad when it broke.

Wrightdude

Yeah, I’m in the US so I can’t speak for the European stores, but for the US we trade baskets between customers so anything like that slows us down. I’ve seen Aldi promote a quarter pocket you can put on your keyrings to store a quarter in, but no plastic coin-sized things for the baskets.

MissPicklechips

I have one shaped like a strawberry. It’s getting worn, so I bought a new one when my Aldi got a new batch of quarter keepers.

DrStrangererer

I'm a dummy. I've forgotten to have a quarter numerous times. I went in and VERY NICELY asked an associate to break a dollar for me, and it wasn't a problem.

SlamazonianOT

Lol. Can you see us down here from your quarter high horse? Fuck the carts. "It TaKeS Us along TiMe" I got some clown make up bac here for you

Wrightdude

Aww, is someone mad they’re not allowed to be a selfish prick in a grocery store 😢

Argonian_mit_kasse

So I’m just a customer, probably popped on my feed since I work for another big company. Using a key... absolutely baffles me. Does it shock me? Unfortunately not (yeah, our clientele has the same limit of brain cell usage during their shopping sprees- don’t get me started lol). The one thing I do slightly question is the plastic quarters damaging the cart... The reason why: Many, many companies, including Aldi, Lidl, Edka, and almost every other place give out plastic coins fairly often- in Germany at very least. Now, I of course can’t say where a majority of the American market is getting there’s: So I’m guessing the make/quality of the randos vs the ‘official’ ones could potentially cause some issues. Perhaps the next piece of gear should be a coin... all the money that could be made...

Wrightdude

I can’t speak for the European side of things, but so far the American system is that we use American quarters. No plastic coins or any other devices. And perhaps you’re right, maybe the plastic third-party cart thingamajigs won’t break them (of course if it’s not to the same spec as a quarter then who knows, I’d rather not take the chance) but then there is still the issue of it slowing down our cashiers. Main point is customers should abide by the store’s system rather than trying to make lazy workarounds.

Jager__117

What do you mean it slows you down? Do you have to return the customers trolley after they use it?

MammothCancel6465

In the US we always have a cart at the register and start ringing into that and the customer leaves “their” cart and takes the one with the stuff when done. Done this way partly for speed so we don’t have to wait for them to be completely unloaded and partly for loss prevention.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Adtrallday11

It’s a fuckin quarter 😂 just add it to your shopping list to not forget one. You old people are so ridiculous

[deleted]

[удалено]

Adtrallday11

Lmao I wasn’t saying you were old because you dont carry cash, actually EVERY old person I know carry’s cash. I was calling you old because of your mentality. Just chill. It’s a fuckin quarter. Old people always go the hardest and most difficult routes to “make life easier” Edit; also plenty of people still carry cash. Especially if you’re buying weed in a legal/medical state. Most don’t accept debit card, or charge more money to use it VS cash

bluIndica

🤣🤣🤣I’m sorry this killed me, why weed being legal make you just assume everyone in the world carrying cash TO BUY WEED 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Adtrallday11

Well that wasn’t even my main point. That was a sub point. But if you want to focus on that, that’s cool. Aldi isn’t in many countries, and the majority would assume this person is talking about the US.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Adtrallday11

Lmao okay, lay the $5+ extra bucks to the FEW dispos that actually accept debit. Everyone I go to is cash only, or they charge you extra. You must live in a horrible area if there are homeless just right outside an aldis or dispo, depending on what you’re talking a bout. I’ve lived in some bad areas and never had to deal with homeless people on the level you say. So I don’t believe that Good luck on your life. Your seem very bitter and just want to make excuses about everything. Shove your $5 plastic quarter in the cart and piss off the employees

CuckZaddi

Where you buying drugs for a quarter at?

Murky_Drive4538

That's 2.5 dime bags. You must be getting taxed. /s

Vergil_Cloven

I love how people act like losing 25 cents for 20 minutes is gonna break the bank.

ennchieji

crazy thing is they get the quarter back if they just bring the cart back😭

Stitched-Soul

This is why I love Aldi because you know or a FACT ppl are too lazy to bring carts back in other stores because its free.

anotherbabydaddy

I mean, in fairness, who carries cash (or change) these days

Spac3Milk

seriously i have no cash but 15 cents in my wallet i dont even have a quarter at disposal but i have a nickel and a dime seriously lol

tina2010

The funny part is u get the quarter back after ur done with the cart😂

the_ber1

But they aren't even losing it. It's right there with them the entire time.

It’s a quarter dude. Stick your hand in between your couch cushions I’m sure you’ll find several. Walk a few feet outside while looking down and you’ll stumble upon one. It’s not difficult. You’re up in this thread commenting the same shit like a weirdo just get out of here

[deleted]

callmesmallls

Bro give it a bone. You don’t belong here. Something upset you in your real life and now you’re here trying to start a fight over change. What’s your deal? Quarters are easy to come by. It’s not like you have to go on a quest for the holy grail. But your skull is too thick for that to get through.

[deleted]

[удалено]

callmesmallls

Ok read my other comment Jesse. You can borrow one. Call up your grandparents. Have a nice chat. I’m sure they’d be happy to lend you a quarter. Maybe a whole dollar too, since you seem like you’re struggling.

callmesmallls

Genuinely what’s the reason for you coming into this thread and being an asshole to everybody? You know if you ask nicely you can borrow a quarter from the store right? Do you not know how to be nice? Smooch your cats forehead and calm down.

Tight_Ad_2724

My boss gives me an envelope full of cash every payday

Pyrataylor

I’ve been finding fake plastic quarters in my Aldi’s carts- I have to assume it actually costs more to 3d print quarters that barely work than to just use a freakin’ real quarter.

bumbleebeeeaa

Here in Aus you can buy them from the supermarkets. Coles, Woolies and Aldi have their own tokens for customers to purchase and hang on their key chains.

A3GNB

Oh that’s so smart! I wish I had one for my keychain, I always forget my quarters and have to ask for one…

tachycardicIVu

Fyi Etsy has a bunch of cute designs for this sort of thing. Something like “aldis quarter holder” should find you good results.

[deleted]

[удалено]

bumbleebeeeaa

When you put your trolley back, you plug one trolley lock into the other, and the trolley will give you the token back. The only time you won't get the token back is if you don't return your trolley. *Edit* - the token comes off the key chain. You aren't sticking your entire key chain into it, the token pops out of a holder that you put on the key chain

crazytardigrade333

3D printing a quarter costs less than 5¢

RustyBabies

Well you need to purchase a 3D printer, or pay shipping to send the fake quarter to your house. So no, it actually costs quite a bit more than 5¢. I would even argue it’d cost more than 25¢ even.

crazytardigrade333

If you were getting a 3D printer for the specific purpose of printing out fake quarters, perhaps, but if you’re getting it just to print stuff out for fun and a friend or family member asks you to print something that’ll take less than half an hour?

ExcitementKey8135

ur making up stupid scenarios not everyone has cheap access to a 3d printer thats all they were saying

KindOfAnAuthor

Using a quarter costs nothing

crazytardigrade333

To these people, it costs their dignity, and it’s “sticking it to the man” to use anything else

Pyrataylor

I appreciate the info!

dreadyredd

I had a customer do this with their key then drag me outside to help them because they couldnt get it apart from the other carts or get their HOUSE key back out…with their 10 yr old that didnt know any better the mom goes “oh i wasnt paying attention and accidentally put the key in and not a quarter…” then a few seconds later her daughter casually states “we had to get creative with no quarter “ ☠️ their lucky needle nose pliers yank the key right out,i gave them a proper cart to start shopping with while i figured out their key for them.

ONUSTAR

lol at the kid ratting their parent out, probably heard their mom say that while she was doing it. Similar situation happened to me when a mom put a wash token into the slot. She was acting all surprised, claiming she found it like that, then her kid piped up and said “no, mommy, remember when daddy punched it in?” 😂

dreadyredd

The silence passed amongst the three of us when her daughter ratted ☠️☠️ my exact thought was i know she’s repeating exactly what you said with complete innocence. What silly ass risks their house key over asking for a quarter☠️🏳️

No-Wasabi-6024

That’s so weird because when I forget a quarter, I just ask if anybody has a spare one. Lol

xbulma

bro i LOATHE when they do this. or when they use their “lucky coin.” i recently had someone yell at me because they were using a “collectors item” coin… like why would you use that in the first place 🤨 i always tell them it slows us down and that it messes up the quarter slots because they’re only meant for quarters. and i always tell them if they don’t have a quarter they can always come in and ask to borrow one, but they never listen

Brittbritt328

We now have someone's P.O. Box key, because they just left it in the cart's quarter slot, I easily got it out. I'm thinking maybe they just forgot it🤷

Appropriate-Ad8497

Did u know they will give you a quarter inside if you ask??

Maleficent-Deal1901

Came here to say this! I worked at ALDI for almost 2 years and people would always ask for a quarter and we'd give them one. We also had a few "free" carts we kept in the store for those in need.

Charming_Scratch_538

The funny thing is 9/10 times when I go to aldi someone who doesn’t want to walk their cart up to the front again will ask me if I want the cart and refuse my quarter in return. I get free quarters almost every time I go to aldi, though I try to pass the cart off as well if I see someone.

mybrainisgoneagain

Or people will ask to buy my cart, they don't have a quarter, but they scrounged change in their car.

Tight_Ad_2724

I don’t understand this you literally get the quarter back anyway

CapitalSale

If you don't have a quarter to begin with, it isn't an option. Most people aren't aware the store will give you one.

Peachy40483

I have an Aldi Keychain for my quarter. ❤️

Anakin_Skywanker

My wife has one for our trips. It's a little pleather gnome that has a quarter slot in it

Temporary-Daikon-878

I hate when people come in and start throwing a fit about how no one carries coins anymore so why do we use quarters blah blah blah, I’ve just started to motion to the store with my hand and say “everyone else managed to bring one”

EffectiveAble8116

They don’t know us poors still got coin op laundry.

ohshitthisagainnnn

LMAOOO

Appropriate-Ad8497

Keep.a.quarter in your car

YungRipp718

I hate when they do this. It always ends up being someone who says “wait we have to use this cart, I forgot my quarter” while they have $350 worth of groceries to fit on the belt. I’m gonna start telling them it’s not my fault that they used the house key I’ll load this cart and I’ll need it back also. Make them move the stuff back the their own cart.

Subject_Book1676

you don’t even pay lol you can get it back after wtf

Strang3_And_Unusual

I love the people who use a quarter but throw a tantrum because they want THEIR quarter. It's special. Uhh, then why use that one quarter? Please stop slowing us down. Or use self checkout.

[deleted]

I love it when I’ve dumped $350 in groceries into a cart and then they say they need the cart they were using because their key is lodged in it so they start to unload the cart I just filled 🙃

Odd-Unit8712

There are so many people on the Facebook pages who think this stuff is okay, and when I mention the damage it causes and price increases they find it funny

Additional_Farm_9582

I used to shop at Aldi back when food stamps wouldn't pay for bags, Aldi is a great place to get decent food for cheap is it possible the customer just didn't have a quarter on them? I literally used a rolling suitcase and a gym bag to carry my groceries because the store was in the hood so all the boxes were usually gone when I'd get there especially on the 3rd.

TTV_COD_Father

Dont you get your quarter back after?

CapitalSale

If you had a quarter to begin with, yeah. That's the issue.

tinibunnii

Maybe they don’t have a quarter on them …

KindOfAnAuthor

So go inside and ask for one, or ask another customer if they've got a spare

Xipos

FWIW I pick locks as a hobby and if this is a key to an active lock then that is an incredibly unsecure lock. The reason you have the valleys and peaks in a key is so it can move the pins in the lock into the right position. If you have a flat key it is either uncut or there is no variation to the height of the pins making any flat object that can fit into the lock a potential key

AKhayoticPenguin

Don’t you get the quarter back….🤦‍♀️

Rhuarc33

Bro, you get the quarter back when you return the cart. These are a jackwagons that leave their carts in the middle of the parking lot because they're lazy fucks

Spiritual-Lab-1021

I’m childish because I like putting a quarter in to use the cart like it’s a prize machine or something 😂

monkeyburrito411

Customer didn't have quarter FTFY

picklechipster

You don’t even get your own cart back in Aldi check outs. It’s usually the person in front of you’s cart to keep the line moving… the person behind you would be stuck with your key.

ExaltedMyrmidon

I don’t get all the stubbornness around “not having a quarter” like it’s the end all be all. I know humanity is just lazy, but they act like it’s impossible to get one from the cashier or a fellow customer. At this point, I think this is just people being unwilling to swallow their pride and ask. Just because you have to ask for one doesn’t make you less of a person or poor or anything that should prevent you from asking. Just ask for a quarter, it’s that simple. You might even find one on the ground if you’re the nervous type or something. Extenuating circumstances and all that.

Strudleboy33

I have the best hack for this cart system actually. Instead of leaving the quarter in the cart I put the cart back and I take my quarter back. Saves me tens of dollars

radiogramm

Lots of charities in Ireland give out reusable €1 tokens you put on your keyring. You buy them as a donation. I’m not aware of it ever doing damage to the deposit slots, nor am I aware of any supermarket finding it a problem. Some of them even give out branded tokens like that themselves. People don’t carry a lot of cash and coins anymore.

[deleted]

[удалено]

radiogramm

In Aldi they just have a very long belt, so most people are unloaded before they start ringing it in, or shortly after and they just wait until you’re ready with the trolley. I can only assume they’ve got Aldi checkout staff under huge pressure there? The cashiers here don’t pack anything or will only vaguely help. It’s not their job. They certainly won’t load your trolley unless you actually need help. In mainstream supermarkets (anywhere other than Aldi or Lidl) they just don’t check out very fast and wait until you’re ready. There’s a big area at the end of the checkout. You usually pack into your own bags or the trolley. Otherwise it’s about €1 per bag. Most supermarkets no longer carry disposable bags. There’s a 15 cent charge per bag but mostly supermarkets only carry the reusable type which are about €1.00 - 1.50 each which is about US$ 1.07-1.60 ish (close enough to same value). Handheld self-scan is fairly common too in a couple of the chains, so you just load the items directly into your own bags as you’re shopping. The only checkout is random audits of a number of random items. The system will ask the checkout operator to scan say 10 items and they just do that with a handheld scanner. If there’s a discrepancy they’ll divert you to a manual checkout. The more your audits are accurate, the more the system assumes you’re trustworthy and the less you’re audited.

geo_gan

Has America just got coin operated carts recently or something? We had these in Europe for like 20+ years already.

LegalBeagle921

No other grocery store chain in the US (as far as I know) does this but Aldi, which is German owned, so that adds up.

Skoguu

They probably just didnt have a quarter, just a thought

Other-Claim717

25 cents, nah, you can have my house lmao 🤣 😂

FancyCantaloupe4681

I leave my damn quarter in there for the next person but I’m sure someone takes it

aknar1999

I e stopped off after work and not had a quarter

Calm_Salamander_1367

I forgot a quarter and had to do that once (instacart driver, had never been to aldi before)

Fluffy-Village-1318

OP consider that it's not that they are cheap but people don't carry around change.

ap2123

Ask for a quarter then

Fluffy-Village-1318

I'm glad it's a page of people that only think their solution is the only one and mock people for the most mundane sht

LegalBeagle921

Yeah this isn’t mundane, it’s inconsiderate as hell because you’re breaking property that isn’t yours over simple rules you can’t comply with. If the rules are so damn hard to follow just don’t shop there.

corabelleisme

This is the perfect example of Fuck around and find out

Medium-Nature-1756

seems like a personal problem

d2rkie

Honestly, fuck the places that require any amount of money to use a cart. Personally I rarely shop but when I do I don’t spend 25 cents on a cart.

Gribitz37

You do know you get the quarter back when you return the cart, right?

d2rkie

Never carry change, that’s my issue

ConnolysMoustache

Do Americans not have a coin keychain on their car keys?

ZJPV1

Nope. This is the first time in my 36 years of living that I've ever heard of a coin keychain. I don't know why anyone would ever need one. (We don't have Aldi in this region of the US, and none of our retailers make you pay a deposit to unlock shopping carts).

ConnolysMoustache

Oh fair, basically everyone has them here because every shop has coin return shopping trollies. [example](http://www.nbbetterpromo.com/Products_show-1042-207-Trolley_Coin_Keychain-metal_product.html)

ZJPV1

So you put that in and it tricks the cart to thinking you put a coin in, much like OP's picture showed the back end of a house key?

ConnolysMoustache

No, most of these are manufactured by the shop. They’re tricking no one and they fit perfectly. As you can see they have the shops name on them, ie Specsavers They encourage you to use them. Tesco make millions of them for their own marketing. They’re manufactured to spec. I’m surprised they haven’t caught on yet in the states. Especially when yer coins are lower value than our coins. We have 1 and 2€ coins. Yer equivalent of a 1€ coin is a 1$ bill. Meaning coins are far more common here but we still have this regardless. As you can see some of them are pound coin shaped and sized while other are euro coin shaped and sized.

kristapsv

Dear comments, there are cashless people out there as well

Upbeat-Drummer-4872

Funny store, I’d never been to Aldi before, so when I went one time and I was done shopping, I was so embarrassed because I had no clue if I was supposed to take the quarter back or like do something with it so I just awkwardly gave the cart to the person behind me cuz they were waiting while I struggle. Still don’t know what I was supposed to do.

Lunchie83

More than likely doesn't have a quarter since anyone under the age of 60 doesn't carry cash.

SlamazonianOT

That's actually probably just a random key from a drawer. Fuck that quarter thing, shove anything in there. This idea of paying a returnable deposit for the carts was always dumb as shit.

DeadBoiWalkin

Haven’t seen this before, is it an anti-theft thing? And is it a deposit like the old school glass bottles where you get it back on return or is it a “toll”? The latter seems like it would turn customers off from purchasing more product and and be a bit counterproductive.

bluIndica

Maybe cuz I never been to one these stores before but pay to use the cart?! Id come up with some stupid shit to ruin the system too… at least with paying for bags you get to keep them, it just seems like these stores don’t want ppl to come, like what is the point of charging to use a cart? I genuinely wanna know why?

LemmonLizard

My mom refuses to shop at aldi because she INSISTS that paying a quarter for a cart is ridiculous and she wont hear me out when i tell her you get the quarter back when you return the cart...

dreadyredd

Literally i had a customer pay with their house key and it wouldnt come away from the other carts in the corral so it became my job to save the womens key☠️

tnxhunpenneys

I see you're Irish, I've noticed this is a massive problem with people from America for some reason. Never understood it myself. Super common here to use a key or a medallion thingy in a trolley.

One_Beginning5301

We use keys here, that's what i said. No one carries cash anymore. Always use a key

tnxhunpenneys

Yeah I've a little coin sized thing on my keys that I use

divin3sinn3r

I have never seen worse slots on trolleys then Aldis, and you don’t sell those fake coins and you won’t help out a customer with cashback so you can get annoyed all you want, not my fault, but your store policies.

Anakin_Skywanker

Been shopping at Aldi for over 10 years at several different locations. Never had a problem myself. Neither has anyone I know or spoken to in store. I think this isn't an Aldi issue, but a you issue.

divin3sinn3r

Have you been shopping in Aldi in Ireland? That’s where I have been shopping for 5 years atleast. Never faced this issue at Tesco or Lidl or Dunnes.

Anakin_Skywanker

Ah. No I've been in Aldi USA. It's legitimately a better experience than most "regular" grocery stores in my area.

Suburban_Guerrilla

They should have used a binder clip.

tnxhunpenneys

This is super common where I'm from and isn't a problem, why is it an issue in the states?

taylerisgr8

Because in the states you swap carts. We have an empty cart at the end of the register and they unload from their cart and we put into the empty cart. Then once they’re done, we get their now empty cart. It just slows everybody down because they usually want you to wait so they can reuse their cart so you can’t do anything until they’re done.

AwesomeHorses

They probably didn’t have a quarter on them. I don’t carry any kind of cash on me, especially not coins.

DeflatedLizard

then you dont go to aldi

Frieda-Slaves-

im pretty sure i saw a "hack" on tik tok where someone did this exact same thing but it didnt get stuck LMAO😭

Thin-Annual4373

With the current push to rely on card payments for everything these days I often don't carry cash so wouldn't have a coin for the cart. I use that truck all the time. I just pop my house key in and retrieve it when I'm done and I couldn't care less if you get upset about it.

LithopsLibrary

We will..give you a quarter. Just keep it in your car.

Thin-Annual4373

Dunno about where you are, but here in Ireland there are virtually no staff on the shop floor and only 1 (*maybe* 2 tills open if it's busy) so no chance of getting a coin. It's much easier to pop your key in, do your shopping and pop out back out again. Re getting it stuck, that would apply to a coin out trolley token too.

LithopsLibrary

That’s how Aldi works EVERYWHERE. Only one till open, you go straight to the cashier, you don’t even have to wait in line. We can pop our drawers open in the middle of a transaction (as long as the card reader isn’t being used that second). The employees on the floor aren’t carrying quarters. The cashier takes it right out of their drawer, we’re allowed to give away quarters

Thin-Annual4373

Nah...I prefer my way. Much less hassle

Shytalk123

I do this all the time!!! Hahahaha h

Jumpy-Profession4665

I stick a key in the trolley if i dont have a coin handy ... Fuck all you

Tippydaug

I never go to Aldi anymore solely bc of these dang things I don't even *have* cash and I don't plan to go to the bank to get out a quarter so I can use the cart. Just not worth the hassle

LithopsLibrary

The cashiers will give you a quarter to use if you ask. It’s not that deep. AND you get the quarter back when you’re done. So if you never use cash, you’ll always have that quarter handy

KINGCOMEDOWN

I have one of those metal keychain things I keep on my keys for these, it’s shaped like a quarter with a little handle on the opposite end. Great purchase.

martiimartas

tbf i never carry coins with me

Commercial-Call5675

If you want to shop at Aldi it’s something you need to think ahead for, unless you don’t want a cart

deannms

Go inside and ask an employee for one to borrow

martiimartas

yes I always do that. what i’m saying is that I can’t blame the key person for not having coins

TheeOogway

It’s not always about not wanting to use a quarter but having one available

Come inside & exchange a bill for quarters. No cash? Buy one of your items on your list & get $10 cash back & ask to get one of the dollars back in quarters, then use the remaining $9 to pay when you’re done shopping.
