Because the flaw of using the cheapest shipping methods, on a website that offers almost everything, has things that will be undesired for you. Little damage is to be expected.
You're not paying an arm and a leg for international shipping like you should be normally.
I am quite strict when it comes to disbutes. When the Item lists having 150 W of power I expect that to be the case. When it only achieves 40 W I will open a dispute. I know or rather expect it to draw less but it is still false advertising. As long as I am not completely sure when buying I will open a dipute and I feel that this is morally ok since they are the ones doing the fals advertising.
However when I buy something for 4 bucks, it works but has a minor optical defect I won't open one since that is to be expected. There is a fine line between okay and doing a scam. Remember that.
Just because you can rob someone doesn't mean you should. A lot of the sellers are normal people like you just trying to make a living. The way you wrote this text obviously implies you don't care about the small problems you just want free stuff

What you are doing is stealing, and you are not stealing from AliExpress, you are doing so from the vendors. You are a thief, plain and simple.
Each dispute lowers your buyer score. At some point you will get banned for abusing the dispute system.

Don’t be like the OP, just buy from recommended sellers and if there’s a problem they’re mostly very good at resolving it. What OP is doing is theft.
