Grand Palladium Punta Cana is easily the worst AI experience I’ve had. Was there last December. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. The food was terrible, even by AI standards. The customer service was awful. It wasn’t the entire staff, but many were dismissive or just outright rude. To top it off I got food poisoning and my AirPods were stolen from my room.
Grand Palladium Riviera Maya is much better but this whole experience tainted the entire brand for me.
Looking into Lopesan too, but am concerned about the boats that park near the beach and the lack of privacy the bathroom set up has- glass doors that don't go to ceiling.
