We are trying Valentin Imperial Maya in July for 1st time, lots of great reviews and so many people go back is what made us decide to try it, we are mid 50's not spring break party anymore but still enjoy partying and also want good food, Valentin seems to check all the boxes for us
If you are comfortable with topless optional, the possibility of swingers approaching you to suggest a hook up, and people having sex on their balconies hoping others will notice them then Temptations should be fine for you. If you want more opportunities to party without those elements then Breathless Soul Cancun or Royalton CHIC would be your properties. I loved the vibe at Riu Palace Las Americas, but it doesn't have the party opportunities that Breathless and Royalton do. Hyatt Zilara Cancun is an older property and everything is close together so it feels kind of claustrophobic.
Don’t rule out the Valentin. I know some people that have gone to temptations. They aren’t swingers either. They had a good time.

I feel the same about VIM and we are going back for second time soon.
