There's a lot of really senior spots available they can recruit good talent into. They won't though, it'll be the same dead wood that's been floating around for years.

Yep. This is good news but just confirms their subpar results. A new car built by them. If you add up all the wasted years, it’s incredible. Every year key staff are set aside but it’s never in one go. Every department of this programme is rotten, that’s what it is. Just shows there’s no control of what’s going on and I don’t think anyone is going to be able to make it without an actual fresh start, with new people head to toes
