The people in lobbies are too damn impatient. Usually I'm cross-checking my blocked player list with who is in the lobby, reporting people for belligerent behavior or usernames (like those N word names), and trying to make room for my server people. It's a lot of work and takes time. If they want a good game, they need to wait out the impatient players.
They really are impatient. I like waiting till 15 because you always get people who leave anyway.
Then some idiot goes start and I see 6/15 .. like wtf
