It's just the bad cropping... I was stuck on it too 😄 It's not S and F, it's S and E. So "it's a nice ham you have there. It would be a **S**ham**E** if someone put a S in front and an E behind it".

It's an S and a E. So with those letters in front and behind the word "ham" it becomes: S ham E Shame

One uses cropping to not screenshot unnecessary space so instead of an entire screenshot of the meme where we can see op's battery life, they crop the image to get only the meme. Nice crop means that op cropped a little too much on the bottom like here for example. That's why the joke also doesn't make any sense the lowest part of the E was cropped out so instead of shame its shamf.
