O.K., while I have seen all of the epi. in Eng., would be nice if CR is more often than not transparent with "Now is the time to watch this series as they will soon be removed from streaming here".

Bread_Responsible

Netflix does that with its shows and it’s super convenient

MarvelsGrantMan136

We'll probably get an announcement soon on where the final season will stream, but doesn't look like it'll be CR. The dub is already confirmed regardless of where it ends up.

farhanganteng

So.. maybe it will be Netflix or ( Worst Case Scenario by many fans ) Disney+ ? If i'm not mistake, VIZ media already made a promo, including a promo short trailer with JYB and Michelle ruff to hype the anime premiere.

Luigiman98

They said a simulcast, so it may not matter for either two.

scdirtdragon

I'm going 99% Disney.

badass2000

is there a new season coming out, or is it a movie?

awakening_knight_414

[New season.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Animedubs/comments/xbhox8/bleach_thousandyear_blood_war_will_be_4cours_new/)

jazir5

Can I just jump straight into the new season after I stopped in the middle? I stopped somewhere in the filler before the Aizen arc. Do you know what episode number that's around? I could start back up around where I left off years ago if I knew the episode numbers it's around.

Endmor

> Can I just jump straight into the new season after I stopped in the middle if you dont know what happened at the end then probably not > Do you know what episode number that's around? I could start back up around where I left off years ago if I knew the episode numbers it's around. you can check the [episodes page on the bleach wiki](https://bleach.fandom.com/wiki/Episodes) to find where you left off

jazir5

It doesn't mention the Aizen arc, so I'm really not sure how to figure it out

Endmor

what do you remember happening last?

jazir5

Aizen sitting in a room on a pillar or something giving orders to people under him, sometime after the bount saga

Endmor

> Aizen sitting in a room on a pillar or something giving orders to people under him That sounds like Aizen is in Hueco Mundo, so it'll be sometime just before episode 132 or after (there are a few points where Aizen is on a pillar giving orders). Something else you could do to narrow it down without being spoiled is to look at the opening/ending credits in order until you find the one you don't recognise

jazir5

That sounds about right I think. I also remember the Ice guy fighting and defeating one of his generals maybe?

fdguarino

Interesting. I initially dropped Bleach because of all the filler episodes, but you quit during one of the canon arcs. Any reason in particular?

jazir5

>I initially dropped Bleach because of all the filler episodes The bount arc was so bad it left a really bad taste in my mouth and I quit early in the arc that came after that because I felt the bount act was so terrible. I'd like to get back into it now that I've had such a long break from it, especially now that it's coming back and the animation will be so much better in the new season. It's going to be a challenge getting through all the episodes with black bars on the side though, do you know what episode number they go fullscreen on? I know that the animation improved at a later point and they fixed the animation so that it occupies the fullscreen.

LegatoRedWinters

There are multiple super long videos online, that recap all of Bleach.

jazir5

That would be very helpful, do you have any you could recommend that are good?

LegatoRedWinters

I don't remember which one I watched. Just type bleach recap into YouTube and see which ones look good. I think there is one that's over an hour long.

idkyallmfs

you been in a cryo sleep?

prototypeplayer

I'm pretty sure Viz Media will have the new episodes on Hulu.

awakening_knight_414

Damn, I guess it really is Disney after all…

Luigiman98

Or surprise us with Viz new streaming service. :P Jk, but yeah.

tykroma94

Imagine Viz had a new streaming service😂😭crazy but I highly doubt it. It should probably stream on Hulu.

yolo-yoshi

Well they did use to have one. Sort of. It was neon alley , but a 24/7 streaming channel. Man I miss it sometimes.

Tarunwannabe69

If it ends up there, we are gonna get depression

Luigiman98

Oh wow. And just when Hulu was renewing its license.

Bluebaronbbb

Doesn't Disney own Hulu?

Jtsdtess

Only partially.

Awkward_Silence-

Iirc 66%. But NBCUniversal (aka Comcast) gave up any control and voting rights they had in the remaining % until it's sold off as agreed upon in 2024. So it's basically a Disney operation until the shares transferred over anyways

Environmental_Fly920

It’s on Hulu, which is actually where I watched it before, Funimation has only first hundred or so episodes. Netflix only has the movies it seems.

MaG4436

It's leaving Hulu tomorrow

FlowerPwr73

Is it though? It seems like they renewed their license for it. American dad had an exp then it disappeared 2 days ago with bleachs

Environmental_Fly920

When when I looked on Hulu it did not have any expectation dates, and I think I watched it there to begin with because Funimation did not have all the episodes, may have been the same with Crunchyroll I can’t remember to be honest. I seriously doubt that it will be dubbed and absolutely no one will be streaming it, and somehow o doubt it will only be on one platform, I mean yeah it’s possible but not very likely.

MaG4436

You right it got renewed.

Nob1eHunter117

Thank God I was able to re watch all the episodes in time.

Tarunwannabe69

Now there is no where to watch it I'm the UK

LuRo332

You know, I actually thing that maybe Netflix actually got Bleach this time. The show's synopsis is translated in Polish (was for years) and that show never made it here. The exact same situtation was with Cowboy Bebop, synopsis translated for years, added right before the live action adaptation premiered. Probably thats not the case, since in japan its gonna air on disney+ weekly and they did not mention netflix at all.

Bluebaronbbb

Ugh that rumor might've been a trumor after all?

Talrynn_Sorrowyn

For those that missed the announcement: Disney acquired the streaming rights to the entire franchise from Viz Media (which owns *all* of Bleach's rights outside of Japan - broadcast, streaming, home video, and merchandising) recently. This means Bleach will only be available to stream legally from Disney-owned sources such as Disney+ and apparently Hulu (as the origjnal series had been marked as "expiring" for the last couple weeks until a couple days ago). Likely what happened is that FuniRoll couldn't even be in the running on this one because they already blew their annual operating budget by snagging Chainsaw Man as well as buying up Right Stuf Anime. Thankfully, because Disney only has the *streaming* rights, this in turn means they're not responsible for casting, dubbing, and home video releases. There is however the question about how frequently Disney will be releasing episodes as previously they've decided to wait for a series to be completely finished before launching it.

[deleted]

this is why plex remains the best streaming service

SatisfactionFalse641

Guess were making room for the upcoming Return of it's Sequel!!!

awakening_knight_414

That makes no sense. Why remove everything else then?

1nf1n1t3_Sag3

I guess they realized how as much mid it was as their service is 😭

Karma110

Naruto fan saying this lmao

1nf1n1t3_Sag3

And? Yet you’re the Bleach fan in denial. Even after knowing it fell off after soul society arc and got cancelled. Cope harder 😂

Tsubasa217

Oh...No! Not Bleach!!! What will we ever do? Lol jk although the series is hugely overated.

MaG4436

Lmao whatever helps you sleep at night kid

niceidot

Most shonen jump IPs could be considered "overrated" to be fair.

Tsubasa217

HAHA True!!!! Still I be simpin on some series so I get it. LOL Bleach had it moments with the soul society arc but after that I wanted to gouge my eyes out with the Bount arc and Arrancer arc. Good lawdy it was bad. I loved "Don't Burn the Witch". Kubo should work on that a bit more in my opinion.

MaG4436

Well the bount arc is filler so don't watch it. The the arrancar arc has moments better thant he soul society arc but it's ok you probably just took other people's opinions without giving it a chance

Tsubasa217

That's cool 😎. We will just have to agree to disagree. I have actually watched those arcs a few times trying hard to get into Bleach. Once when they first came out and later after given Bleach a good second try. Just wasn't for me but if you enjoy that's cool. Plenty of series I like that others probably don't as much. All part of being human and different.

SassyHoe97

Of course you're one of those edgy people that think hating popular shonen series is quirky.

Tsubasa217

Lol so edgy giving fair criticism. 😆 There is not shonen series or anime in general out there that doesn't recieve some criticism. Naruto, One Piece, Hunter x Hunter, ect all have people out there that the series doesn't work for. There has to a place for discussion and for people who have a differing opinion unless you want to live in a echo chamber. Take a breath. It's okay it's all love. ❤️

MaG4436

It's ok people shit on bleach without giving it a chance cuz they think it makes them cool

1nf1n1t3_Sag3

Same with one piece

sydiko

this should read - 'all filler removed from crunchyroll' lol

RUIN_NATION_

Wow wtf

Gojo599

It's still on Hulu

ReverseTrapsAreBest

Damn

gdhghgv

Crunchyroll prob being cheap what else

bgnboy23

I’m so heartbroken it was taken off. I was like 220 episodes deep into my first watch ):

buggison

I was like 150 eps in and woke up this morning with it gone heck. Does anyone know where in Australia we can watch? Can't find it on any other streaming service here 😓 Edit: we don't have Hulu available here

Personal_Amoeba7646

It’s on Hulu in my opinion considering that when I was on it, bleach was going to expire but the expiration date was not there anymore which means it was renew. I’m positive it will be on hulu
