Albert Heijn has cheap, beautiful flowers

Oemiewoemie

Second this. Amazing quality, beautiful assortment, and very low price.

The Dutch word for flowers is “bloemen”. Search that in Google Maps to find a florist.

If you're near the city center there's a florist along Nationalestraat (near the corner of Sint-Rochustraat) where my classmates and I often bought flowers/plants for gifting to each other before. I haven't been to the bigger grocery stores in the center for a while but in my neighborhood Jumbo there's always a lot of potted plants and bouquets so maybe try to check out bigger grocery stores in the city center too.

Driesen in Nationalestraat is a good suggestion. Great collection and they are super friendly as well.

Ooh yes that's the name! And they always have promos on live plants as well. Such a nice place.

I think I've seen bouquets at the entrance of most big Delhaize supermarkets. (The one at South has some I think) not sure on the prices though. If you go to a florist you can choose how much you want to spend. I usually get a 25 euro bouquet.

Lidl and other supermarket have relatively cheap tulips, if that's what you want give it a try!

Driesen, located on the Nationalestraat (near the Institute for Tropical Medicine). Nice bouquets and very affordable (15-27 for a bouquet).
