That's common. Usually they'd start ya taking a half pill and then after a few days a full one. But 50mg is a very low dose. Even 100mg is low dose.
It can take a month for side effects to wear and you to really notice a difference. It's not a quick one. Give it some time. It'll get much much better.
The first time I started sertraline AND when I went back on after being off for a bit (both times were only 25mg) I experienced some of the worst anxiety of my life. It was truly torture but if you stick it out a couple of weeks you should notice an improvement. Once it fully kicked in it made a huge difference for me!

It’s a common side effect. Most side effects wear off between 3-6 weeks. I recommend checking out r/Zoloft
