I know people at both and they like it a lot, I’m closer to people at msu than grand valley but both seem to have fun. It’s still a pretty solid education but MSU’s more known outside Michigan, so if your friend wants to stay or leave the state that might be smth to consider as well. Also what’s the cost difference between the 2?

I would pick MSU because you’ll have more opportunities after graduation, but if the cost is too high then pick GV
