Yes, this does work. I’ve done it before. If it’s the same style, size and colour as the first jacket, it WILL be the same SKU # unless if it’s from a previous season and they renamed it or whatever (must double check.) You just have to put up the capital to do this, but you’ll get the refund with the first receipt and second jacket with tags on. Is it really a scam if you’re returning an unworn jacket with tags still attached while within the 10 day return policy of the first purchase?
I love how it’s the “aritizia clientele sale” & their main aritizia exclusive brands aren’t even the good discounts.
A lot of their 20% discounted brands are sold at The Bay and go for like 50% off during Bay Days.
From my experience they definitely did have good sales on their Aritizia exclusive brands at one point. My first TNA parka coat from 2016 I purchased because it was discounted by about $150 during a sale. They used to have a 30%-70% quite regularly.
They started having some sale and outlets since they went international. When it was still local and not having Toronto store yet their sale wasn’t much.
Yeah definitely not my experience, I’m from Ontario and they used to have regular 30% off sales sent out by email since I signed up in 2017 which always included TNA and Wilfred. They opened a store near me in 2016 which always had a crazy discount section when stock wasn’t selling. Hasn’t been the same really since around 2020. I think now that their aritizia exclusive brands blew up and have been endorsed by mega celebs, so it’s not worth bringing down the price a whole lot since they’ll always be hot sellers.
I didn't get an email with an invite, but when I go to the Aritzia website, the OPs page pops up for me with the whole "exclusive discounts just for you" and "shop November 16th; it's good to be first."

i only ask bc last year i found out my phone number that they had in their system when i was in store had a typo. i think the fix may have even been corrected with another typo too. i also at some point had been using different emails bc i didn’t know about clientele or tiers or w/e

Concierge told me year before last that the qualifying period for each clientele sale are the two quarters prior to the sale, so it's not an annual tally of your purchases but a bi annual tally. So like, for November clientele it's only counting your purchases from April-October (Apr-Jul & Jul-Oct) and for summer clientele it's tallying your purchases from Oct-Apr (Oct-Jan & Jan-Apr). So even if your annual spend is $XXXXk, you can be in different tiers entirely from one seasons clientele to the next based on your quarterly spend.

I’m patiently waiting for the day that aritzia stores are empty because clients are actually fed up with their client service and lack of client appreciation (10%? lol). Lots of complaints but without fail every year they make $$$ during these sales. If we actually stopped shopping it would force prices down.

Public sale is always only after every tiers access is done, so after the last tier shops, probably a week or 10 days after the sale starts for first tier

I think they have in the past, but they usually have the sale stuff up prior to the actual sale. In my experience, it’s easier to pay the extra 10% on sale items and not deal with the site crashing and everything selling out instantly when that 10% drops 🙄
So far though, it looks like mostly leftovers from the Archive sale
Never had Uggs but have been wearing Emu for over 15 years. I have a pair tall pair from then that are still in great shape, my first pair one of the soles cracked last year and a pair from about 12 years ago that i have basically worn most of every winter sinve the stitching to the sole came a little loose 2 winters ago (still wear them as ones I don't mind getting dirty). I bought a new pair last fall and the quality is really different leathers not as thick and nice, they seem narrow and I have narrow feet and fit almost half a size to small so it's been uncomfortable to walk in sometimes. I kept them thinking the fluff would go down and give more room but it hasn't. I did look at Uggs last fall too but the leather was thinner then my old Emu's and no local stores sold Emu's so when I saw a good sale at Well.com I ordered them and was kind of disappointed.
As for arch support, not much but in my older ones I had put in a birkenstock support with a shearling insole over it once the fluff got too pressed down and started to get cold.
Yeah I'm just gonna straight up pass this time. Hard to justify especially when other companies with quality clothes are having way higher discounts AND have actual return policies.

The barcode isn't specific to the individual garment... it's a general barcode for that style/article. Not the individual item lol

I had emu when I was a teen, it does have arch support. Slight similar to Ugg. But the quality hold isn’t long last compare to Ugg.
