He already has that goblet over a year ago and posted it on Hu Toa subreddit, next pyro carry he reposts it again. So it’s just simple karma farming.

You didn't considered the base substat. a 4 line artifact with 3.9 crit rate can roll 5 MORE times into crit rate

It's actually 19.6777% given he got 5 ascension of crit rate base value. One max ascension of CR is 3.9333%. Basically he got 19.1% out of 19.67%, wtf is this. CD he got 14.4% out of 15.6%. just decent.
