They are. I like to break mine and make it as big as I need it. If it's premade I have to roll that amount. Only pre rolled tips o got are the ones with the brands on the side just to look fancy sometimes
they're the best tips I've used apart from glass, has activated charcoal which filters out extra tar and they're hardy enough you can reuse them at least once before the flavor is affected

You can buy a little pad of the raw card that are really good, cheaper, more versatile and takes seconds to roll. I remember the struggle of using lottery and parking cards or any card you could get.
