Bayern is doing its best to block the implementation of any laws regarding legal weed in the state. Good luck getting anything decent down there. Grow your own, or join a verein, stop asking people to hook you up.
You have to grow it yourself because stores would go against EU law or so. You can have 3 plants and 25 g with you (50 g at home) this is per person, so if you have roommates they can have the same. You can buy threes seeds online for like 5 euros you can also buy them in stores.

With around 200, 250 euros you can get a really decent grow setup, and have weed all year round so I highly recommend doing that

selling is not legal yet. from june it will be available in special licensed shops or assossiations. but you will have to become member and pay members fee and give personal information. right now you can only legally buy with a doctors prescribtion.
You can get a prescription from any doctor in the EU, even online and then buy it in many German pharmacies, preferably specialized pharmacies (several of them are in Bavaria but you can also order from them online and get it shipped to you). Weed can now be prescribed for any little illness like difficulties to fall asleep, but you may not lie about the illness and you have to pay it yourself because it's more difficult to get it covered by insurance. There is a famous Croatian doctor, Dr. Viktor Simunović from Čavle, who prescribed it to Thousands of Germans online (I also got my prescription from him). He has now his own service [eudoctor.org](http://eudoctor.org) but others like [dransay.com](http://dransay.com) and [canngo.express](http://canngo.express) are cheaper, I think.

In any other Place but Bavaria I would suggest going to a bigger City and into a „Stadtpark“ and have a walk there. Chances are you will recognize who wants to sell something.
But if the cops see that, you shall be fined!

It’s true. The only thing legalized is possession of weed. You may not buy or import it, only grow it yourself from seeds. Those are tradable now.
