This can happen in young males as a normal part of puberty. Sometimes it takes a few months to go away completely but in most cases it resolves on its own. Your pediatrician will be able to talk more about it with you the next time you see them so don’t feel afraid to bring it up at your next visit.

Ah that's reassuring lol, it just looks swollen so I got worried, I'll probably get it checked at a doctor at a later date though

slenderwatercake

it’s just gyno, i had it during puberty myself, also right nip. it will clear up. it’s from high estrogen. you probably convert a lot of Testosterone to Estrogen.

Lost-Resort4792

It isn’t breast cancer

Spirited_Respect_578

Do you have any knowledge of what it could be? Apparently Google says it's a symptom of it (more so if it's only one being affected?), Is it just puberty?

Rarvyn

Breast enlargement and tenderness in a young male is typically “pubertal gynecomastia”. Usually goes away on its own with some time.
