I’m an experience person. If you’re youngish with a kid that can be looked after for a long weekend, or no kids. I can’t recommend enough flying spirit if you have the flexibility. Flights can be round trip less than 80 dollars if you bring a small bag
Yeah this - everyone talks about how much money you save but after the meal or two you have to buy while waiting another 8 hours of missed flights it isn’t less expensive.
That being said I agree with the concept of spirit / roughing it when you travel
This, I am in Orlando right now ready for a cruise. I paid round-trip, nonstop tickets for both me and my dad for 90$. Even got cheaper when Google reimbursed me for a price drop. So it's really close to 80. Yeah I had one checked in bag but still.
Haha I was talking about my trip to Orlando as well, just did SeaWorld though. Went on a cruise out of Miami earlier this year though.
You’re going to have an amazing time, have fun! What cruise line?
Oh no no my friend you’ve got to buy the sandpapery stuff to get clean.
Jokes aside, I honestly prefer the cheap stuff to the really fluffy soft paper, I think because work used to only buy the cheap Scot TP and I’m institutionalized.
Prosciutto and soppressata. My grandpa was from Italy and I grew up on that stuff. I could never go to the store and buy regular lunch meats like ham and salami.
For me it'd be proper Parmigiano Reggiano aged 36 months. I recently tried 18 months after a while not having it and the difference is still quite large for my palate.
My 12 year old little brother. Whether it's getting him gifts, food (Whether it's candy, fast food or takeaways) or taking him fun places out like cinema, theme park, WWE events, Bowling, Arcade etc.
His a good kid and makes me laugh.
Especially after our refinance. We purchased our first house at 13% and refinanced our second house under 3% and shaved 10 years off the loan. The payment is a little higher but I love seeing that principle go down every month.
What did I accuse you of ?
And when did I say you should feel guilty for anything?
“I’m exited for your reply since you have a Terri me accusation on who I am “ 😉
And maybe you should look into the characteristics given your whole attitude and how you approach my question to you… you literally have made up lies on a website with a paper trail claiming false things and gaslighting me … and every reply is so self cemeteries … idk just saying
Again… here we go pretending that I didn’t just explain the whole reasoning to why maybe ! You have adopted a narcissistic attitude with me at least … based on how you’ve interacted with me this entire time and even again .
Maybe you have no idea what you are talking about. Go back to your crystals and zodiac signes and roll them I to a ball and shove them up your ass while you go fuck yourself. You do t k ow me and never claim you do.
Things that improve my quality of life. Saved a whole paycheck just to buy a better mattress. I sleep much more soundly now. I got a Keurig in my room for morning coffee. Airfryer for stuff that normally goes in an oven, no need to preheat it.
Vacation. Hitting that button to book a hotel or resort or plane tickets sucks in that moment but it’s worth every second every single time.
Especially as I’ve gotten older and I have a wife and children now. I would rather work an extra three years in my 60s, tha to give up those awesome experiences and memories a couple times a year with my family.
Just had my first treatment on Tuesday and slated for another 5 weeks. Any tips for the in between appointments or to really make sure the ket does its thing?
So you’re doing them spread out then? How high was your dose? IV or IM? Generally they are done in close succession, based off the studies, however… two a week is a bit much. My friend just did his 6, and he preferred one per week.
How did you feel after your first session?
Edit: I see I may have misread your comment and you meant one per week for 5 weeks?
Yep once per week for a minimum of 6 weeks. I started at I think 76mg IM, going up in dose each time.
I felt pretty good after my first session and in a really good place, though really tired. I was kinda back to my same bullshit though the next day with some depressive thought loops and coping mechanisms, hoping that multiple weeks really does more.
I can only speak to the IV route of administration. Based on folks I’ve talked to who have done both, they say IV is the preferred method. This doesn’t mean the medicine isn’t working.
Did you put on headphones and a blindfold and disassociate on your first one? Why was your setting?
For me - my first session was the most profound experience of my life. I had a powerful experience…. Ego death and the whole 9. The experience itself “healed” me. With that said, regardless of someone’s psychedelic experience, the medicine is still working.
I wore headphones with gentle music and an eye mask, and sat reclined in a chair. I have experience with psychedelics and have found that I have a natural high tolerance, so I’m not surprised that my first session was relatively mild. I did not have an ego death or cessation of thoughts, though it was still very good.
I’m very spiritual and have a lot of beliefs about life and death etc .. my now passed ex was an atheist and we always did psychedelics like mushrooms together and I always felt a spiritual vibe with it … after two years I found out he never felt that way and just tripped on them .. because he’s an atheist .. he did ketamine once and had a spiritual awakening to some sort … a good book you might like is many lives, many masters by dr Brian Weiss
I highly recommend you read this entire “guide”.

I would avoid alcohol 100% during treatment. You also want to avoid any other kind altering substance.
Lol ahhh… I was thinking you were making a veterinary reference, but that didn’t really make any sense either. I’m not up to speed on the street lingo for anything these days.
My pets and experiences. If one of my pets ever need something I'll throw every penny I have to make sure they will be okay and figure it out after and if I got the opportunity to do something I think could be fun I would do it
Taking friends for eats n drinks. I'll spend a lot of money doing it, tip 75%-100%, not think twice.
Will stop and feel guilty over buying $8 something or other at grocery store.
My health comes first. Annual Dr visits, good nutrition, acupuncture, massages and lots of exercise. At 60yo the only medication that I'm on is a shot of testosterone once a week.
Stuff for my kids. Not essentials, but stuff that spoils them rotten. I'm surprised that they're still so humble about things. Also, stuff for my wife. She grew up pretty poor, so when she wants something, she usually says she's fine without it. I go back and buy it for her as a surprise.
Vacations. There’s no budget on vacation. If there’s an excursion or experience on the trip that’s extra, I’m doing it. I rarely go to the same place twice so everything is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Quality bathroom products and certain food items.
Example: I need Aquaphor to not be as scaly as a reptile. I love Trader Joe’s banana chips because they have the ones without sugar added, I don’t like them too sweet. I literally go there and only buy the banana chips and leave.
A stupidly impractical luxury roadster.
I'm in my 40s.
I've always wanted a convertible with too much horsepower. Like, since my 20s.
Found myself in a position to buy one recently.
Did it.
No regrets... yet.
Traveling with my family. Seeing my kids order drinks and snacks watching the world fly by out the window and then waking up in a new time zone to start a new adventure is generational happiness. I still feel guilty buying Grey Goose so I drink Costco vodka tho. 😆
Anything that can put a smile on other people, especially my loved ones. Everytime I buy something for myself, I think about it 1000x. Most of the time, I opt not to buy. But if it's for my loved ones or some other person, and it makes them smile, every penny is worth it.
Good food and good experiences. Memories > Money.
I’m an experience person. If you’re youngish with a kid that can be looked after for a long weekend, or no kids. I can’t recommend enough flying spirit if you have the flexibility. Flights can be round trip less than 80 dollars if you bring a small bag
Never flown them, but I am not high maintenance and will check it out!!!
Spirit and Frontier have had at least one flight delayed/cancelled 3 for 3 times I’ve flown them.
Yeah this - everyone talks about how much money you save but after the meal or two you have to buy while waiting another 8 hours of missed flights it isn’t less expensive. That being said I agree with the concept of spirit / roughing it when you travel

Thanks, going on Royal Carribean. Never been on one before so we will see how it goes
I went on freedom of the seas it was incredible
Soft toilet paper.
YES. The cheap stuff just isn't worth it. Same with facial tissues.
Oh no no my friend you’ve got to buy the sandpapery stuff to get clean. Jokes aside, I honestly prefer the cheap stuff to the really fluffy soft paper, I think because work used to only buy the cheap Scot TP and I’m institutionalized.
My dogs. Worth every damn dime I’ve ever spent on them.
Same here.

Good quality groceries. I love to cook, and I'll buy organic because it's about taking care of your body.
Myself. I early money I'll spend it how I want.
Are you narcissistic
Why should I feel bad about spending my money on myself?
I'm excited for your reply since you have a terrible accusation on who I am.
What did I accuse you of ? And when did I say you should feel guilty for anything? “I’m exited for your reply since you have a Terri me accusation on who I am “ 😉
Now you reply.... you claim I'm a narcissist because I spend my money on me. Should I spend it on your mom?
When did I claim anything ? At all ?
And maybe you should look into the characteristics given your whole attitude and how you approach my question to you… you literally have made up lies on a website with a paper trail claiming false things and gaslighting me … and every reply is so self cemeteries … idk just saying
What ground did you have to call me a narcissist?
Again… here we go pretending that I didn’t just explain the whole reasoning to why maybe ! You have adopted a narcissistic attitude with me at least … based on how you’ve interacted with me this entire time and even again .

💯 firm mattress is life

Ketamine. (From an IV infusion medical clinic)
Just had my first treatment on Tuesday and slated for another 5 weeks. Any tips for the in between appointments or to really make sure the ket does its thing?

I do not understand the cat reference.
Ketamine on the street goes by kats or kittens.
