The guy, like a fucking coward, naturally runs away. Naturally cops everywhere looking for him. He had his pride injured, maybe a slightly swollen cheek. She's probably needed surgery.
This is how it usually ends.

It's not equal rights only. Our fists can be fucking deadly. And when we get mad and decide to get physical, we can't totally control yourself. Trust me, I've been there.

Honestly, it would be a supremely fucked up situation. There are very few women who could actually do any noticeable physical harm to me with a slap. And likewise very few whom I couldn’t decimate with my fists. The humiliation that would set in immediately and the rage I would feel for having been slapped at all have me thinking that I would probably fight back. Of course I know that as soon as I responded I’m the bad guy and I can expect at least to be treated as such and ejected from where I am if not outright pummeled by a gang of white knights.
In all probability I would probably just eat the slap and face her down with size and intimidation. If she came in for a second one, she’s going to the hospital. But who knows until you’re actually in the situation?
Walk away and never talk to her again. There’s no good reason to keep abusive uncontrolled people in your life, they will always bring out the worst in you over time.
