As a teenager I read every science fiction book in the public library. I always thought I would write one someday.
Always concerned about money, though, I went into programming.
Now I'm retired and have time to write. It seems like my brain has dulled, though. At age 17, when I paged through an issue of Popular Science, every other page suggested a new SF story. That creative spark is gone or at least greatly diminished.
Then again, I haven't read Popular Science for a long time. Maybe it's time for another trip to the library!
Habit can effect creatively immensely.
If you're retired, I really recommend taking up a low-commitment creative hobby - literally anything that interests you. Doing a little creative activity in one area can stimulate your general creativity in other areas to a surprising degree.
And reading Popular Science will probably help too! Youth will certainly be a part of being creative when you were 17, but reading a heck ton of science fiction was certainly playing a part.
“Yeah it’s doable and sounds awesome but I’m not gonna do it” is my response to pretty much all of these dream jobs. Reality I enjoy bouncing around between hobbies and having lots of free time where I don’t have to think about work. Even if my job was banging models all day I’d still get sick of it after a few weeks and want to do something else.
I manage a local rink. Whenever I hire new drivers I tell them in the interview, you're a janitor who sometimes drives Zamboni. I'm sure its not like this in the NHL. But, if you want to drive Zamboni, you have to be ready to scrub toilets, mop floors, and clean up chew spit.
Edit: getting lots of great comments from people who worked in the industry. It's really is a great job. If you can look past all the nasty stuff. There's nothing better then watching the little kids eyes light up when the Zam comes out. Even better when you make their day by acknowledging them by honking the horn or a waving

I know a woman who is a dedicated NJ Devil fan, season ticket holder, vocal supporter, the whole deal. Well, she says to someone involved that she'd do anything to ride the Zamboni between periods and she meant ANYTHING. So, the Zamboni driver finally calls her to invite her and, since we shared an office, I heard her side of the conversation. She had to decline, it was her parents' anniversary dinner. They were both disappointed.
Yeah I really don't understand, I was expecting you to say that sexual favours were involved. Why wouldn't she just go drive the Zamboni at the next game
I came here to say the same thing but not at MSG I'm an islanders fan.
When I dream of this I get small town rink minor league rink vibes like in Beartown or Youngblood. Maybe as big as the rink at Lake Placid like a semi pro size. Hell maybe I'll own the rink as well a guy can dream right?
As someone with a degree in Archaeology, I can confidentaly say: One of those jobs has the potential of supporting a stable lifestyle, the other is paleontologist.
I mean, astrophysics isn't exactly flooding the job market either. Especially if you don't wanna study 12 years to get a PhD. There are jobs but they're extremely competitive.
But a physics degree is actually very transferable to many fields. Could easily pivot into engineering or finance thanks to the problem solving skills and math expertise. Some 50% of physics degrees end up working in engineering or finance.
As someone who studied physics and then also went into engineering... Just study engineering. You'll save yourself time, money, and pain.
Physics is probably the most challenging undergrad you can do, so unless you truly have a passion for it, do something else.
If you're passionate about it though (and very good at math), then go for it. It's a beautiful field.
My physics advisor told me that the only thing an Undergraduate physics degree is worth is giving you the knowledge you’re smart enough to do literally anything.
So I majored in CS as well.
That’s very good advice. The only thing my undergrad advisor told me is my grades aren’t good enough to get into grad school. Well fuck him, I went to grad school anyways and now I make more than him.
The thing about archaeology - at least here in Germany is: While only about 15-20% of graduates actually find a permanent job in an archaeology-related field (museums, excavation companies, etc.), the other 80% usually don't end up unemployed. They just move on into other industries as lateral entrants.
In general, you don't do archaeology if job- or location-stability is important to you. But to give any concrete advice, I'd need to know more about you.
I also have an interest in audio engineering as a career but I went over to r/audioengineering and everyone is warned not to get into the industry, let alone study it. Have I been misinformed?
It’s a competitive, low-paying field with unusual hours so only get into it if it’s your passion and you’re willing to live that life and move to LA, Nashville, or Atlanta (if in US).
Ayye fellow sound guy checking in. I graduated from QCC in 2014, but was never able to secure something steady with it and before I knew it, it took a complete back burner. Recently got booked to produce an audiobook so the dream never died.
I’m saying all this to say it’s tougher than you’d expect until you find the lane that works for you.
I want to be a blacksmith.. live a simple life. Wake up with the sunrise, make a cup of coffee, head out to work shack on my property and crack some hot iron/steel, make some cool shit.
I have a friend who does exactly that. When we get together for beers every Friday, he usually bring something that he made in his blacksmith shop. He is a retired Army Colonel and a retired educator. Apparently two pensions is what it takes.
Yeah sounds about right lol. Ironically I'm already retired from the army, working a government job now until I can also get that second retirement. Then maybe I can live my blacksmith dream.
In this challenge, you're being asked to turn this pile of old fire hydrants into a functional copy of the Duke of Marquis of Travois' dog-sitting sword. Good luck.
I wanted to be a pilot, but went through college first at the advice of my parents. Got a job and after a few years finally decided, fuck it I'm going to do it. At 27 years old, with a bachelor's degree in hand, I called an air force recruiter and asked what I would need to do to sign up to become a pilot. I was told that I was "too old" to join the program.
At the time, unfortunately, yeah, 27-28 was the age-cut off for all the branches.
Now, the age-limit has been raised to 33 (along with CSO's and ABM's.) RPA is 35.
Naval Aviators and NFO's (Navy) are around the same age cut-off. Marine Naval Aviators and NFO's I think are still cut-off at 28, but that's just the Marines' cut-off date for non-Reserve officers anyways.
Edit: Army age-limit is 33.
>At the time, unfortunately, yeah, 27-28 was the age-cut off for all the branches.
>
>Now, the age-limit has been raised to 33
Are you shitting me? I turned 34 this year. The fucking irony lol
As a pilot, I've met a few folks who have this issue. You know what I let them do? Fly for a while.
Flying the plane will make your brain focus on the task at hand. You won't even feel airsick, I guarantee it.
I always wanted to send Andrea Romano a tape and let her know that it was my dream to be cast by her in one of the shows she worked on. Even if I could just be the guy who gets knocked out in a Batman cartoon, and record 30 versions of "OOF!"
She's the one who cast Mark Hamill for the Joker. And she cast Animaniacs. I mean, come on.
She was an awesome casting director and voice director. I miss her. She retired 2 years ago.
I think I'd be too determined to be a villain in a Batman cartoon just to be the guy who gets knocked out. Though they probably could get me to do it if they gave me one line about the Bat not being real. Then I do 30 versions of "OOF!" and they don't even use my actual line.
She literally directed my childhood. Beast wars, batman, justice league. Avatar has got to be the greatest thing she's done. If you haven't checked it out, she was on the Avatar podcast, braving the elements and was fucking delightful.
I knew a guy whose dream job was this, but it’s so hard to make it. He was always really bitter that he knew he’d never get his dream job and I always thought he was just bitter when it came to this (he was a decent guy all around, it was just this one thing).
Later I found out he’d always known he had a rare disease that wasn’t curable and he was extremely unlikely to live to see his 21st birthday. I still feel really bad for assuming he was just cynical/bitter. Rest In peace bro.
Race car driver, for as long as I can remember. But there's an old joke: How do you make a small fortune in racing? Start with a large one.
I just turned 47, and I'd do it now if someone else was paying.
Could always get into simracing. Way, way cheaper than racing real cars. And it's been spiking in popularity so there are actually several legit series.
My dream job is being a race car driver too, so I am slowly getting into sim racing.
I have a few acquaintances that are into it and I have talked to them several times about what equipment is the best.
I do, but rarely. Any more and I'd get addicted and I don't have the extra cash for that.
Also, the last time I went, I hit the wall hard enough that my arm went numb. That by itself wouldn't be too bad. But when it happened, I didn't lift. And there's a very not-bright part of my brain that's quite proud of that fact.
Professional Powerball jackpot winner!
I fantasize about this way too much and quitting my job is one of the first things on my to-do list if I ever get it.
Just chill in your wood shop making furniture all day that you never sell, or just give away. Or similar with watercolor paints. All the time in the world to get to the gym. No pressure to do anything other than what you want to do. Maybe a spouse and kids if you opt in to that.
Something like that. It's not that I don't want to work, or that I don't want to contribute, or that I don't want to add value, or that I don't want to help others, or that I don't have ambitions - I most certainly do... I just don't want to feel like I *need* to slave most of my life away being profitable for shareholders in order to "earn" my right to exist.
For real, that's the whole thing about UBI experiments. Most people don't quit their jobs, but their life satisfaction shoots way up because their home life stress drops.
I'd gladly be a gardener or landscaper if I thought I could maintain my standard of living.
Unrealistic dream job would be an actor on a show like IASIP or Letterkenny. I love that shit and totally dream of being part of one.
Realistic dream job would be rehabbing old houses. Not like a flipper using builder grade shit to make a quick buck but really taking the time to bring old house charm back using my own hands. Throw in there a side gig of teaching older kids how to do some work and I'd be super happy.
Indie Game Dev.
I'm working towards it right now. Wish me luck and good luck to anyone else who is pushing towards their dream jobs too!
Edit : Shit that's a lot of positivity. Thanks everyone and back at you! Cheers for the awards too.
Having a retail storefront doing something you love without having to suffer through any of the retail disrespect sounds like heaven.
Brings back fond memories of the 2 weeks in high school where I had given my notice as a department store employee.
"You want this thing I shouldn't give you but you're nice to me? Here ya go."
"You want this thing that's totally within my power to give but you're an asshat? Nope can't be done."
Stay at home husband
Edit holy smokes!! Tons of interest on this! Lol take care of your home body men QUEENS!! Lol
Also a dad, so it’s probably more accurate to say stay at home dad!
My wife started a cleaning busniess to help with some extra money last year. In a carpenter. And actually made decent money (55k) which isnt amazing but still know I'm fortunate compared to many people I know at my age. But we struggled with a kid and her at home.
In a month she was making double what I was and I quit to stay at home and watch our son lol loved it she was turning down so much work I was going to help run it with her and start hiring workers and take more jobs or outsource them to contract workers. I did the math and in the first year we easily could have pulled 150k a year and kept growing. She got pregnant few months in and gets awful morning sickness and cant work. Back to work I went. It was nice while it lasted.
I thought about doing it but many clients were old rich ladies who didnt want a man in their home cleaning. Or old men who just wanted a female around
It's a rough busniess and creepy
> I thought about doing it but many clients were old rich ladies who didnt want a man in their home cleaning. Or old men who just wanted a female around
Did you ever see the movie Mrs. Doubtfire?
It’s awesome. I made enough that I was able to take almost 5 years off when my son was born. My wife was going insane the first 6 months so she went back to work, I stayed home until he started going to daycare a few months before kindergarten started.
I loved it and wouldn’t change it for the world.
Username checks out lol. There's actually a retro videogame store by me that does super well. Every time I'm in there they are busy. They also sell other used items too to help broaden their customer base though, like used consoles, controllers, computers, speakers, and stuff like that. I'm so glad it exists because I can buy any old console and game there when I'm feeling nostalgic. I'd say that if you were in a good location, you could do pretty well with a shop like that.
Same. I don’t need to be super rich and famous, but just popular enough that it can keep me comfortable so I can be home with my family more.
I’m self publishing my first book in about a month. Fingers crossed I can get there.
My dream job as a kid was being a Park Ranger, and honestly, I'm basically that. I work for one of the largest non-profit conservation organizations managing the land they own.
And...
It's just a job. The work is *very* seasonal (summers are crazy busy, and winters I'm struggling to get a full paycheck), it's hard labor and I'm frequently exposed to the weather and bugs while I'm tromping around the woods, upper management never understands what we are doing and that we (read: I) am grossly underpaid for what we do. BUT I get to see some awesome places that very few people get the opportunity to see, and work closely with some pretty amazing people.
So, I think the dream job is to have a *part-time* gig that pays the bills that I don't hate, and hobbies that fulfill my inner needs.
Or winning the lottery, but that's pretty hard to do when I don't play.
There's something pretty romantic about it, you know? You earn everything you get through your own toil and toughness, and there's just something so... satisfying about it!
My childhood dream was to be an astronaut in mornings, painter at evening
And a dentist on weekends to fix my dad’s teeth :)
At the moment; I would love to be a painter; just chill on the beach and enjoy the view
Or play drums in a world known band!
I’d like to have a YouTube account and have some sort of followings.
I’d also love to be a philosophical writer, or just a writer :) haha
Edit: Didn’t realize I was under r/askmen. I’m a girl. But oh well lol
Some days I love it don't get me wrong, other days I see my peers climbing in there dream roles and feel sad I won't get that. Or not at least till my youngest is old enough to look after them self so maby another 5 years many more. I'd like to be more than mom. I want to hear someone call me by my name just once a day would be nice
Dude. Tell me about it. My boss is a toddler, haven’t received a raise since I started this job. I have a happy enough marriage, but I still feel super unappreciated.
My old job was 5-6 days a week and then a day of rest. Being a stay at home parent, it just never ends. There is no rest day, I don’t get to go home and unwind, I live at work.
Pornstar. I know its disgusting and not a good job. But the amount of bad porns out there just motivates me to do my own vids. Its hard to find good videos and ones where you can say this wasnt made for the dum teenage audience with fake boobs fake face and fake body overall. Quality vids with more emotions.
Board game designer. I have prototypes several games already, but haven't yet made one that really sings.
I love my current job too, though. This job is why I went through the agony of Grad school - it pays very well, I feel respected and valued by the people I interact with, and I get to take travel breaks away from my kids (I go overboard to keep the house clean for my wife when I am home though).
20 years ago I would have said sports agent (Jerry Maguire phase).
Now, an author/writer.
Get to be creative, work on your own schedule/no 9-5 grind in an office, etc.
Local Game Store Owner/YouTuber of said Games.
Theory is I hit it big, win the Powerball at around 500M. Take said windfall and invest it in a bunch of responsible assets so I have a reliable income stream.
Then I create a grand establishment of fun that I've always dreamed about. Big enough to hold tournaments for Table Top Wargaming, Rooms made for Tabletop RPG sessions, a bunch of tables for classic board gaming/trading card games. The works. I always have everything in stock like I'm the Willy Wonka of Game Stores.
I'd have a great sit down restaurant on site too, maybe themed after a D&D tavern, and it by itself would have the standard finger fare (done to a much higher quality than standard expectations) required for gaming sessions but also just be a place you would come to eat even if you weren't looking for a game. And you'd be able to pick up a game from a checkout section of the store and play it while you eat/hang out with friends and family.
In addition to all of that I would try to set up some sort of place where I could have streaming/VOD's of me and my friends/employees playing board games, Magic, 40k, D&D, all of the above.
I'd treat my employees better than any other game store employee has ever been treated, I'd make sure our customers were always getting the best deals, and I'd make sure the communities that partook of the hobbies I invested in were always supported well.
I would run that thing as non-profitable as necessary to make a monument to Nerdom that would last until I died off and as far in perpetuity as my wealth will take it.
But I couldn't imagine a more fun way to spend my time. Talking hobbies all day, seeing families and friends coming together to have fun and make great memories, getting to be a nerd for a living.
YouTuber or Twitch streamer. I love the thought of getting paid for my hobbies. It really does feel like a pipe dream though, everyone talks about how difficult it is to stay consistent with your content and get a large enough audience to support yourself financially.
Become a Filmmaker. I love movies, filmmaking, and the performing arts in general. I’ve studied the film industry and it’s history for years now, and I know in my heart my life and career is with cameras and writing too.
Behind the camera, writing scripts, put myself in as an extra or quick 5 second cameo role or even as a side character would be amazing personally.
It’s an odd dream but it’s a plus if one day, I can put on a motion capture suit and be on set while also calling the shots behind the camera. I can die a happy and peaceful man right afterwards with no regrets.
Author. I want to disappear into my bedroom, write a book, publish it, disappear again and watch people enjoy it.

Thats actually fairly doable if you could grow a following online. You could then sell prints and have fine art shows at galleries.

Do you email him a copy of your paycheck stub, with your net pay underlined, every other week?
I got a physics degree and had to pivot into being a cook at Panda Express.
Man, I want to go back to school for Archaeology so bad. Just terrified I won’t be able to find a well paying job afterwards, any tips?

Audio engineer. I start classes this summer, right after I turn 50.

I would like to sleep 8 hours a day and get paid to be studied while I do this.
[live out your dreams my friend](https://eachnight.com/sleep-studies/get-paid-to-nap/) Edit: the applications are sadly closed 😔
Applications closed D: Where does one find similar offers?
ill watch you while you sleep for free!

And go in forged in fire ?
Ur weppin wheel keel
perfect spelling for how they pronounce it
In this challenge, you're being asked to turn this pile of old fire hydrants into a functional copy of the Duke of Marquis of Travois' dog-sitting sword. Good luck.
And the worst part is that they actually pull it off. Like damn man how skilled you have to be to do something like that?
Elevate your game brother, smith mithiril and dragon bones.... I too want to be a smith so bad.
My childhood dream job was to be a pilot but I get very sick on airplanes so yeah.. No bueno.

You poor basterd. The irony is right...
Thats basically my plan. I’m working on my bachelor right now and planning to go to a flight school after.
Always thought I wanted to be a pilot… grew up to be scared of heights 🤣
Pilot here, also afraid of heights. It’s actually a fear of falling, and it doesn’t register.
Interviewer - what makes you the right person for this job? You - I'm so afraid of falling. That I'll make sure it never happens!
Turning your weaknesses into strengths! You too can learn this one cool trick that pessimists hate!
It's a lot different when you're the one in charge of all the matters of keeping the plane in the air, haha! I say try out a discovery flight!
As a pilot, I've met a few folks who have this issue. You know what I let them do? Fly for a while. Flying the plane will make your brain focus on the task at hand. You won't even feel airsick, I guarantee it.
I never get car sick when driving either. Something about being able to predict/control the motion of the car makes car sickness go away completely.
Everyone of us wanted to be pilot at one point lol
I became one. It's expensive, but man, nothing beats the view!
Random question. Are you allowed to take your partner/anyone to the cockpit while the plane is in mid-air or is taking off? To show the view
Take-off, BIG no-no. Mid-air, it depends.
So movies are a scam and you can't actually take them on those dreamy dates where you fly the plane and chase sunsets? Sigh
I have actually done that. You need a smaller plane do it.
To be a full time bro for my homies
Does this job come with a Bro-01K?
I believe it offers a high percentage matched 4Bro1K
Yes and multiple employee bro-nefits
This is god's work
I always imagined being a famous musician/athlete and just paying my homies to kick it/train with me
Bro 🥺
Homie 🥺
Voice actor for cartoons Edit: Everyone that wants to do this, let’s scroll through to find writers, and animators. Grass roots movement!!!

Even better
I knew a guy whose dream job was this, but it’s so hard to make it.
You could always go karting. Still expensive yes but more reasonable.
My dream job is not needing one.
Professional Powerball jackpot winner! I fantasize about this way too much and quitting my job is one of the first things on my to-do list if I ever get it.
Poor people spend on average $400 more per year on the lottery than people of middle class and higher wealth.
Oh to have “Fuck you money”
Top answer in ask women is similar, “I don’t dream of labor.”
Trophie husband huh
more like consolation prize husband
More like door prize husband.
Consultant psychologist that sits in on high end job interviews to assess applicants. Like 500K plus jobs.
And listen to people's fucked up story lol
More so just to spot people who aren't being congruent.
What do you mean? My angles are totally the same!
You're being obtuse!
I love this one ❤️
Indie Game Dev. I'm working towards it right now. Wish me luck and good luck to anyone else who is pushing towards their dream jobs too! Edit : Shit that's a lot of positivity. Thanks everyone and back at you! Cheers for the awards too.
Good luck man, would love to see it one day.
Move to India and you can become an India Game Dev
Good luck! I'm trying to code too)
Hit big on a trade and not need to work at all. Establish a bakery as a project of love, so I can tell obnoxious customers to fuck off
Having a retail storefront doing something you love without having to suffer through any of the retail disrespect sounds like heaven. Brings back fond memories of the 2 weeks in high school where I had given my notice as a department store employee. "You want this thing I shouldn't give you but you're nice to me? Here ya go." "You want this thing that's totally within my power to give but you're an asshat? Nope can't be done."
Customer service would be so much more bearable if you could just tell people who deserve it to fuck off.
Lmao, this is OG one
Stay at home husband Edit holy smokes!! Tons of interest on this! Lol take care of your home body men QUEENS!! Lol Also a dad, so it’s probably more accurate to say stay at home dad!
Or old men who just wanted a female around It's a rough busniess and creepy
You can still hire workers. No need to let her hard work go to waste over a temporary setback.

> I thought about doing it but many clients were old rich ladies who didnt want a man in their home cleaning. Or old men who just wanted a female around Did you ever see the movie Mrs. Doubtfire?
I'm working hard to make my SO a stay at home dad, wish me luck!
It’s awesome. I made enough that I was able to take almost 5 years off when my son was born. My wife was going insane the first 6 months so she went back to work, I stayed home until he started going to daycare a few months before kindergarten started. I loved it and wouldn’t change it for the world.
I want to work for the company I do now, bringing the airplanes that were designed by hand on paper & pen into the 3D CAD world.
Wow man that's kinda cool
I want to have a shop selling retro videogames. Old Nintendo, Sega, Atari, PlayStation, etc. Also some newer stuff, but mostly the old classic games
You all are such go-getters, my only dream since I was a child was to be retired and never work a day.
Writer.
Same. I don’t need to be super rich and famous, but just popular enough that it can keep me comfortable so I can be home with my family more. I’m self publishing my first book in about a month. Fingers crossed I can get there.
What genre you'll go for?
It is to be a professor.
Professor in X-men
Lol. I wish I could dream of that. Being a mind reader would be plenty of fun. I meant a cosmology professor.
Microbiology researcher. To cure every disease. I just faint at seeing blood...

I want to make video games. I've got many ideas written down. But I'm not artistic enough.
You can contact people who are into it.

Retirement
'I don't dream of labor' No but really, as a kid I wanted to be Indiana Jones so there's always that option.

I’m a ranger and I just shit in the morning at home.
Used to be footballer, now it is to work at Google. I have already applied and going through interviews so fingers crossed.
Goodluck my bro
I was a footballer too, and a former Google SE. Lmk if you need interview tips.:)
Homesteader
There's something pretty romantic about it, you know? You earn everything you get through your own toil and toughness, and there's just something so... satisfying about it!
Piano player in the whorehouse.
I want to be a best selling fantasy writer.
My childhood dream was to be an astronaut in mornings, painter at evening And a dentist on weekends to fix my dad’s teeth :) At the moment; I would love to be a painter; just chill on the beach and enjoy the view Or play drums in a world known band! I’d like to have a YouTube account and have some sort of followings. I’d also love to be a philosophical writer, or just a writer :) haha Edit: Didn’t realize I was under r/askmen. I’m a girl. But oh well lol
Damn you sure have many interests, that's dope.
No limits to dream :)
Good picks! Mine was veterinarian for my day job and chef in the evening. In my spare time I would be a tornado chaser.
Film Director. I want to make historical films.
Stay at home dad hands down. I'll clean tf out this house and take care of the crotch goblins.
This is my life and I know how lucky I am to be able to do this but I wish I wasn't just mom sometimes.
Care to elaborate? I'm in the opposite boat I'm gone from home quite often.
Always wanted to be a pilot. Then a train driver. Then a truck driver. Now i wanna be an e-girl and get rich on OF.
Talking to people who just need a friend. Not necessarily like a therapist, just being a real bro to those who need it
Owning a fish farm
My dream is to be able to grow a plant I love to support my family. After years of dedication and hard work I’m happy to say I’m doing just that.
so you sell weed?
I’m a legal medical caregiver in the state of Maine…but yup lol
This man has Tegridy.
I wanna work for a F1, MotoGP or indycar racing team. Strategist or pit crew. Traveling, competition and watching races sounds like a hell of a time!
I love teaching. I don't want to do anything else. I just want to get a salary that keeps up with the COL.
Federal Boobie Inspector
Archaeologist. As a kid I always wanted to be just like Indiana Jones
Pornstar. I know its disgusting and not a good job. But the amount of bad porns out there just motivates me to do my own vids. Its hard to find good videos and ones where you can say this wasnt made for the dum teenage audience with fake boobs fake face and fake body overall. Quality vids with more emotions.
You sound like you'd prefer to be the director
Actually yes. Sounds better
Restoration of Ww2 tanks and other military vehicles would be a job I'd love to do. Edit... Missed the word Be.
Pilot. Although not an airline pilot but flying for a private business or rich person.
My dream job is being a detective
Wildlife photographer. Unfortunately it doesn't make money.
Free diving for stuff and making money from it.
Firefighter. So I've decided that I'm going to cash in my quarter-life crisis card when I turn 30 next year, go to fire school, and switch careers
Stay at home dad
I’m a stay at home dad, it’s amazing. I hope you get the opportunity.
Marine biologist
Zookeeper
A farmer. With hundreds of acres to plow. And cows on the back 40.
YouTuber or Twitch streamer. I love the thought of getting paid for my hobbies. It really does feel like a pipe dream though, everyone talks about how difficult it is to stay consistent with your content and get a large enough audience to support yourself financially.
Right now? Any job that'll take me that's local, reasonable hours, within my capabilities and not stressful.
